Two faulty controllers, 13 km total, then ignored

Bought a full conversion kit from them. The BAC855 controller failed almost immediately; they took 8 months to reply and refused the warranty. The replacement failed after one month with the same CAN bus error. Total distance on both controllers: 13 km. Another controller works perfectly on the same motor and battery. My latest refund request was simply ignored, leaving me without a working bike. I will never buy from them again and advise everyone to stay away.
