I wish I could rate them negative, because that’s what they did to my bank account. I ordered a battery for my e-bike from this webside,(450 EUR) when they didn’t confirm any tracking I have contacted them for tracking info. They actually replied me. They wrote for some stupid reason they forgot to ship my order and it was just on their (fictive) desk. And 5 days went by still no tracking. And now their webside doesn’t exist any more. What a scammer! Please don’t buy from this website.
Best regards
Shi
