So far my experience with this company has been good . My bike was delivered fast and as described. I rang them a few times for advice and they were very helpful .

I really didn't get on with an eMTB I bought and struggled with timewasters on FB etc. Was pretty wary about sending in with no real assurance that I would get my money but checked various things out and felt confident enough to post (FedEx tracked which they sorted). Got initial payment quickly which gave a bit more confidence. Waited a while for the bike to sell and for final balance but it came swiftly once the bike sold. Still had some worry right up to that point but had no reason for it in the end. I checked trustpilot and forums which reassured me so hope my review can reassure someone else.

As for value -- you don't get what you do going private but it's pretty straightforward and I don't think the price I was paid was insulting.

Brilliant company. I looked for an ebike on eBay and market place for a couple of weeks, I came across ebikebuyer.com and found a bike priced well under any other site , I must admit I was a bit dubious about buying without seeing the bike in person and all the scams going about, but did my research on the company (trust pilot etc ) and went ahead with the purchase.
I received the bike next working day as promised and couldn’t be happier with the service, and the bike was packed well and was just as described, I will definitely recommend ebike buyer to anyone looking to purchase an ebike .Thanks Tim 👍

Review for Specialized Turbo Vado 3.0. I waited a month before writing this review just to make sure there were no issues with the bike. It was advertised as pristine and with next day delivery. It turned up when promised and when I took it out of the box it was as if it had just come directly from Specialized, it was absolutely immaculate. I ran a battery check and it's also at 100% health. My daughter has been using it everyday to get to school and back and loves it. I cannot recommend eBikeBuyer highly enough!

I was selling. If you can wait a short while for your final balance whilst they sell your bike, ebikebuyer is perfect. They gave me a very fair price and made very little on it themselves.
The bike was beautifully presented on their website.
They answer the phone when you call them. The packaging system worked well. I really could not fault them.
If you are buying, I can vouch that their descriptions are careful, honest and accurate.
Thoroughly recommended.

Tim at eBikeBuyer was absolutely brilliant. I had endless problems with my deceased relative's almost new electric bike as I didn't have a clue where to start, and I lost count of the number of times I phoned for advice on how to deal with them, he was always extremely helpful and never got annoyed with my questions. The transaction ended up taking several weeks and we accepted a lower price, but neither of those things was the fault of eBikeBuyer. I can't praise them enough on how they dealt with buying the ebike from us

Received my ebike 3 working days after ordering. Had constant updates from the delivery company. Had a small issue with something being loose but customer support were helfpul and reimbursed me for the issues quickly.

So I found the bike I wanted at my local bike shop for £2495. 10 minutes on google found the same at £1995 online. I then stumbled across ebikebuyer.com who had the same model at £1499, in as new condition with just 3 miles on the clock. I was initially sceptical about dealing with an organisation with a PO box address and 0800 number but thought for the price saving it was worth a punt if I used a credit card to give me some protection. I need not have worried. The bike turned up inside 2 working days, condition exactly as described and very well packed. Everything works perfectly, the bike is unmarked and effectively new. Remains to be seen how well the warranty process works should I have any issues but to date the experience has been entirely positive and the bike was an absolute bargain.

Great value eMTB.
All completed via the Internet without issue and arrived well packaged and exactly as described.
I haven't tested the warranty so can't comment on that. But the rest of the service has been straightforward and hassle free.
I would recommend ebikebuyer.com if your after a great price bike.

Great communication. My bike arrived on time, as promised but the FedEx truck monkey had allowed it to slide around the back of the truck, so it was damaged. Both wheels were buckled. Ebikebuyer.com apologised, although I don't feel it was their fault, and offered me the option of getting the bike professionally repaired, which I did. They authorised the repair and refunded me quickly. I would buy from them again, although I hope they consider using a different courier service!

What a poor experience, I thought the process was great originally… I received a sensible price so went ahead and ordered the packaging. Some, 7 working days later… nothing!
Lucky I was inpatient and listed the bike on marketplace, boom… £210 extra received, collected and paid! Simple but a bit of extra effort. It all started ok, but didn’t finish how it should.

Sold my e-bike to this company - great experience from start to finish. Easy to navigate web pages, sensible price offered and smooth acceptance and courier pack process. I spoke with the team a couple of times and they were helpful and personable. Payment was made the same day as the bike was received and was for the amount agreed. Brilliant. I recently purchased a second hand electric bike from eBikeBuyer, which was an easy experience. The condition of the bike itself was exactly as described but unfortunately while the battery lights lit up, it wasn't holding a charge. The good new was when I contacted eBikeBuyer Tim was really pleasant & helpful & the issue was quickly fixed. I would happily buy from them again.

My husband wanted to sell his e-bike without the hassle of advertising. After a good look around at the companies buying bikes we opted for this one purely because they sort everything out from supplying all packaging to arranging a courier pick up. What a fantastic service. You send off details of your bike online and immediately get a quote. Within a few days of accepting the quote a bike box and all materials needed for packing arrived by Royal Mail. After ringing ebikebuyer to say the bike had been packed we were emailed a courier label and a date was arranged for collection. You can track the bike all the way to its destination. The bike was signed for at 10am and we received an email at 3.30pm advising payment had been made and there it was in the bank account. Great team to deal with and always answered the phone, happy to respond to any questions. Would not hesitate to use them again.

I’ve used this company twice now , without any problems whatsoever ever , they tell you a price which I was happy with , collection and delivery was good and payment received as soon as they checked over the bike .

Recently sold them a bike. The price they offered I thought was pretty reasonable considering that they need to make money on it, and they sent me all the necessary packaging and arranged for the courier. I kept my eye on the tracking details and an hour after they had signed for it I got a call to say they had checked the bike over and were transfering me the money, which I received instantly.

I definitely have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending them.
