Solid service, replacement parts are easy to acquire

I bought my folding Ebike back in 2017 and over the last 6 years have had incredible service from this small company. I finally took the time to write this review, because of the great experiences.

From upgrading the flat handlebar to a curved handlebar, to ordering a new removable battery to replacing tires and innertubes. Replacing front lamp and even the front LCD display. Hugely impressed with this non-disposable way of working.

There are scenarios where I've received support over whatsapp (10 out of 10 score for this), extremely helpful.
Also an occasion where I've had the entire e-bike mailed back to me via post.nl in a folded state (amazing service).

Overall, this has been a rewarding and fair conversation with the owner on complex issues but I cannot recommend this company enough for the human touch and the great level of service.
