Customer service needs work. I tried to cancel my order just hours after placing the order and they said it could not be canceled but I didn't get an email saying it was ready to ship for several more days. Received the item and had to pay 100.00 to ship it back to them!

We drop-ship direct from the manufacturer, once we get their warehouse working on it, we typically cannot stop the process... which is why we offer the 30 minute cancellation window. The color and fabric looked different online. I was quickly and easily given a refund authorization, but I had to pay return shipping which was $58! I will never order from them again.

Purchased Roman shade
Purchased Roman shade. Didn't put it up as waiting for its match from a different creditor. It was boxed well and wrapped in plastic so no reason to suspect an issue. Upon hanging there were several what appeared like oil spots and stains in several places. Tried to remove them but couldn't remove all stains. As after 14 days must deal with manufacturer. I did not purchase them from the manufacturer but eBedding. Will see how it goes.
