Severe Lack of Communication

When I had almost forgotten about my bad experience with this site, they sent me my package after 3 weeks. I could see that they were making some sort of effort and it wasn’t a total scam. In the end, I did receive something. However, the unpleasant transaction has left a lot in wanting for this business.

This seller does not respond to…

This seller, ebeautifulme.com, does not respond to requests for package tracking info after numerous attempts via email and even a text to the number I found online for them (the woman's name is Miya H) asking when they will send my package. I purchase a lot online, and every vendor I've ever used sends not only a confirmation of order received but also a confirmation showing that the order is in process and the intended shipping date. All always respond to inquiries within 24 hours. Not this company. It's quite frustrating having to chase down the status of your purchased product, really. My first attempted email asking for confirmation was on October 6 after having paid for my order on October 1 with no follow up from the company regarding shipping detail. Now I'm wondering if this site is just a total scam after Googling and reading reviews about ebeautifulme.com on other consumer complaint sites. I've asked Trustpilot to send the vendor a copy of this review. If ebeautifulme.com cares about their customers, they will jump on this right away. If anyone out there reading this has inside information about this business and about any lack of legitimacy on their behalf, please let me know.

Took my money, never shipped order

Placed an order on March 12th. Never received tracking info. Contacted the merchant one week later and then again two weeks later by email, contact form on their website, and text to request tracking info and never received any response from the merchant. Merchant deleted comments asking for help on Facebook and Instagram, and blocked me on Facebook messenger.

It is now April 2nd, three weeks since I placed my order, and I still have not received tracking info, a response from the merchant, or a refund. The merchant essentially stole my money and ignored all attempts at communication. In the end I had to submit a dispute with my credit card company and I'm waiting for the results of their investigation.

Worst online shopping experience of my life. Buyer beware.

Took my money, never shipped my order

I placed an order on March 12th. As of today, March 25th, I have not received any tracking info. I've reached out to the merchant to find how long it should take for my order to ship via contact form on their website, comments on their Facebook and Instagram page, and text message to the phone number listed on their Instagram page. I received no response. And the comments I left on their Facebook and Instagram pages disappeared. At minimum I should have received some response by now.

I buy online regularly and I've never had something like this happen. The merchant took my money, did not respond to my inquiries regarding my order, and never shipped my order. That's theft.

Terrible experience. Buyer beware.
