They are protecting buyers: be aware:
You- as a private seller are selling item -the bandit from Canada gets the item ( without any questions before) then he says one of the articles( among four he bought is fake) - everybody can say like this..
and what ebay is doing...
the ebay lets him to keep All the items ,
Taking money from me And returning to Canadian..they are saying : you want items back- psy for shipment.

I have reported everything to Canadian Police

I have never come across a company that is as bad as EBAY. I ordered items from their site 10 days ago from an EBAY seller and the item never arrived, even though it was sent to a registered delivery agent. The seller tried to make out it was delivered but the delivery point was a registered agent for ebay deliveries. The agent proved, by CCTV, that the item was never delivered to them on either the day or time stated by the imaginary courier (Royal Mail) Despite this proof EBAY have still not refunded the money for the item and have been messing about for over a week, trying to blame the shop. I contacted the seller and he said that he had refunded the purchase cost to EBAY and that they should refund it. I think it is obvious to all but the dimmest of people that this is the fault of EBAY. These people really think they can get away with their nonsense and lies, so be very careful when using EBAY and use Amazon if possible.

The worst sales site I've ever seen, consumer protection is virtually nonexistent, I bought handles through which my new PS4 pro console fell to the floor and shattered, repair costs 175 pounds, contact the seller NONE, contact customer service on ebaY NO. This site is embarrassing and I strongly advise against bu this s*hit, which is 90% Chinese
