Bad service, don't buy from them.
Ordered an electric scooter for my son's birthday on the 25th of July, first of all, after placing the order, they emailed me and asked me for a transaction screenshot, I replied 2 days later because 1. I don't check emails that aren't in my main inbox. 2. what the f#$K are the thinking? 3. what would happen if someone didn't reply? Not ship it? because stripe (the platform they use) only releases the fund AFTER it is shipped, Now I send a email asking where it is. It was ready for shipping on the 28th, and now on the 30th it hasn't moved a centimeter. very unprofessional. I paid extra for express shipping, and that does jack $hit. Today is my son's birthday and I had to take him to JB-HiFi to buy a scooter, not the one he wanted. very DISAPPOINTING
