I bought a MS 365 office licence from Eazyproo last year. It used to work fine, but after not having used my PC for a few months, MS Office required re-registration via MS account login. Suddenly, my user name and password were no longer enough to log in, because MFA (multi-factor authentication) has been activated, even though I did not do so myself. Now, I am locked out of my own account and my paid software.

Eazyproo neither reacts to my e-mails on their support channel nor to my messages on WhatsApp. It seems like they are either out of business or simply unwilling to provide support, only taking the money of a one-shot sale and leaving their customers alone with their problems. 😢

Their Office 365 passwords don't work after some time.

Edited: They Need to give multiple channels to contact for Customer support, finally they gave another lifetime license account, but I lost data on Onedrive on previous account and before that one time before it too. So the storage of Onedrive is unreliable.

Original: They gave an Microsoft account for which I paid 30 dollars, it was supposed to be lifetime license, it had stopped once before they sorted out, again in less than a year it completely stopped whereby Microsoft doesn't recognize the account and they stopped replying

Adobe Acrobat 2020 for a very good price (1/4 of normal). I was a bit sceptic given other reviews but the support team answered all my questions very quickly. It comes with a specific installer that went very well with no interaction with Adobe or license number. That seemed strange to me but support said it was all legal and indeed lot easier than interacting with Adobe.

Adobe software is not legit! They asked be to uninstallal the genuine service. For a week it was ok, but now "This unlicensed Adobe app has been disabled"!!!

I have same issue with one product, but they connect with me remotely and fix it.

This team are awesome.

Was unable to install the product I bought and Eazypro was very quick to resolve the issue after i sent them message.

I'm planning to buy some more products from them very soon.

Non-working Adobe ilustrator! and they don't answer the email, what should I do about it !!!!

Good after-sales services, clearly direction for installation, even problem occured after 9 months I bought, the customer services still helpful to solve the problem with me.

I bought the product from them 2 years ago and it was working great. Then recently it said that there was an issue. I found the initial email that they sent me and contacted the person through WhatsApp and found the customer service to be fast, easy, and very helpful. They solved my issue! Thank you Eazyproo.

ArchiCad 26 "Lifetime License" NOT legit!!! They are selling ArchiCad 26 Lifetime LICENCE, but trully it ia a cracked pirate programme without any Licence.

The reviews on this business seem rather fake because I had a completely different experience. However, I cannot speak for any Microsoft products since the seller seems to be a legitimate Microsoft partner.

After looking for reviews, Eazyproo APPEARED to be selling legitimate software and when contacting support they were adamant Adobe Master Collection came with a "Lifetime License".
They insisted that the fact they accepted PayPal and the software was not super cheap was proof I could trust them and I could get my money back in case there was a problem.
I received an email with a list of download links. Everything downloaded perfectly and installed without problem. I used the software for about 20 days until Aobe Genuine Service (the software checking for legitimate software) popped up a warning, saying I needed to buy a license and I only had 10 days left in the trial.
I contacted Eazyproo and they told me "there is a conflict between the new version of Adobe Genuine program and our software" and I should just uninstall Adobe's software checker to resolve the issue.
Seriously?? They just admitted the software they sold me was NOT genuine because otherwise it would not be getting blocked by the company that created it.
I did not accept their "solution" so they finally issued me a refund and followed up with a request "since we issued a refund there is no reason to leave a bad review". No, this is EXACTLY why I need to leave a review so I can let other people know what to expect!

ALWAYS use PayPal if you're not certain whether you can trust the seller because they help you get a refund in case of issues.

You are suggesting I don't have any technical knowledge?
For your information, I have been working in IT for 30 years.

Adobe did not recognize the software you sold me as legitimate and disabled it as a result. Suggesting the issue was on my end for not wanting to uninstall a program that recognizes pirated/cracked software is laughable.

If you do not see the real issue here I feel sorry for you.
