On visiting Easyliving, Northfield Branch, Birmingham I experienced excellent customer service throughout and, by all staff members.
On entering the store, it felt `right` to be there, and I knew instantly, that this is where I will find what I`m looking for, which I did. In fact, I`m writing this review from a chair I purchased in the store.
Becky served me, allowing me the time to look around at the various products and aids on offer yet, skillfully assesing my mobility and needs. Becky demonstrated excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. She was patient while I looked around. She also has excellent product knowledge and could answer my questions with confidence. Becky put my customer needs before the possibility of a sale. However, I did make a purchase that day.
I also had a minor repair carried out on my wheelchair. The getleman responsable for the repairs had a warm smile, was efficent and patient,and had a good sence of humour.
Two gentlemen, Lawrence and Steve, delivered my chair this morning. They were puncual, respectful of me and my home, helpful and pleasant. They assebled my new chair, and pushed aside my exsiting chair, out fo the way, to ensure I didnt trip. How thoughtful of them.
Lawrence and Steve carried out a full `how ot safetly use the chair` demonstration. Thye too; were able to anser any questions I had, were up to date with their product knowlede and just two nice gentleman, but doing an excellent job.
Dealt with a lovely young gentleman called Araon Wallace .I have been looking for a couch for awhile but this young gentleman was so helpful I bought the couch .He made my purchase so easy and was an absolute pleasure to deal with
Horrible experience. Hotel charged me six different times even though I cancelled my reservation with them in time during the free cancellation period. I am still in the process of trying to get refunded for this.
