Good, Bad... Ugly
There are some great things and some terrible things.
Great:
- Easy to use less complex than competitors
- Super helpful tool
- Good functionality
Terrible:
- Issues - they roll out changes without thinking through the impact e.g. the labelling function was overhauled which mean't hundreds of labels were lost/removed which was part of a key workflow for us
- Customer service is poor and they take FOREVER to reply. When they do they then don't follow up OR they make excuses for issues.
- key functionality removed mid-contract e.g. the ability top start a cold chat from within CRM
Overall a good tool for a small business/start up but I absolutely would not trust it to roll our across a team/company - too unstable.
