Eaziglide cake pans are the best I have ever tried. The cakes are perfectly baked everytime and never stick. The delivery was great and I was very happy with the careful yet small packaging.
Very unhappy with the guarantee offered, I purchased a few of these pans thinking that I could be worrying free if they ever need replacing, I put a claim in and only part of my claim was successful, I was told there were signs of over heating as so they would not honour the guarantee, I explained I have only ever used them on my induction hob so this was not possible as it doesn't get as hot as gas, all my other pans had been used in the same way the only difference was they were used more often, I offered to send the pans so they could be inspected in person as maybe the photos didn't show a true picture, I was told that they were not going to change thier decision.
Think twice about purchasing these pans if you are looking to invest in a long term purchase!!!
I have received my replacement pans and they are of the usual good quality just a shame how this situation has been dealt with.
Eazi to order and the cost of the pans will be offset in reduced cooking time. So far I am still overcooking my poached eggs, but I'll get there.

I had an eaziglide 30 cm frying pan. It was good and lasted marginally longer than cheaper versions, but the non stick properties have now failed after pretty light use, no dishwasher cleaning and no metal contact. It has a lifetime guarantee, and i contacted them to request assistance. They are now not communicating with me as I have no proof of purchase (of course I bought it myself). Weasel words and dismissive customer service. What a shame. I expected better for a premium product. Here is an extract from their automatic reply where customer services claime that they are here to help, and clearly have no intention of doing so.

Their guarantee for Neverstick is a real guarantee - had some flaking, sent photos, replacement received. All the other pans are 100% fine. Great customer service.
I was very pleased with the customer service I received recently from Eaziglide. I had two saucepans that had become badly damaged (and one was leaking) through routine use over only 5 years. After an assessment of the photos I sent to the Eaziglide team, I have been sent two new pans at no charge. The communication from the team was polite, prompt and helpful and I am entirely satisfied with the outcome.
My pans were showing signs of wear so I contacted the customer service team. I was impressed with their prompt response.
Eaziglide and in particular Nathan, are true stars. I got in touch regarding an issue, was told exactly what I had to do, and hey presto the problem was resolved in an instant, I cannot praise them enough, and I will be buying more of their great products in due course
Despite the high cost of their pans and dishes, I was persuaded by a sales girl at the nation’s most liked department store to purchase a few items. I’ve been very happy with them.
I had to contact Eaziglide because one of my pans lost its non stick property. I don’t know how, but I think that this is a rare occurrence because on returning to the department store, the sales girl told me they don’t often get asked how to make a complaint to Eaziglide.
I’m very happy to report that they honour their lifetime guarantee and will be sending me a replacement. The replacement will be sent through the post and should arrive shortly.
Good customer service. My saucepan was faulty (with discoloration, flaking on its internal base). I was given a replacement promptly. It was delivered swiftly.
