This is fraud website dont go for it their parts are not origanl i order bike fuel tank and it was all rusted so i return it back and not given any review but they put fake review on their site using my name with full rating...stay away from these fraud peoples

I ordered this on a Monday from eAutoTools.com and was told that they had one in the Pheonix warehouse. It arrived on Friday! Super fast shipping and price matched the deal I found from a distributor that didn't have any in stock. I installed over the weekend and am very pleased with the quality of the lift. It took my brother and I about 5 hours to set it all up. The instructions from Atlas are awful, but I knew that going in from reading reviews, so I had printed out the instructions from the 12000 lift similar to the 9000, and that was very helpful. Other than that, it was fantastic! Thank you for great service and a great quality tool eAutoTools!

In June 2020 I purchased an Atlas PSP-6000 single post lift and two 2 ton tall jackstands for safety reasons from Eautotools. My two friends and I (who are 70 years old +) were able to unload and install this glorious, unbelievably heavy beast (my wife's term) with lots of grunting and the help of a chain hoist that we hung over a steel girder in my workshop. It was a challenge, but it works well and I am very pleased with it and the jackstands. I love that the lift is easily repositioned. Eautotools representatives Alfredo and Manny were very patient, helpful and provided great customer service. Bob, an old car enthusiast.

I would execute the finance people if I could. You should really consider a more ethical finance company if your promoting them to your customers

I started my search on a 4 post lift over a year ago. In that time span, I asked Manny a bunch of questions and he answered them all without any expectations of getting my business. In the end, it was his professionalism and eAutoTools competitive pricing that got me to place an order with them. After the order, Manny helped me arrange installation with the lift installer which was nice of him. Alfredo also helped me with post sales questions that I had. He showed the same level of professionalism.

I have not installed yet but the delivery was very prompt. It arrived in good shape.

It was finally time to buy the two post lift for my garage expansion project and I was narrowing down the selection to two suppliers. eAuto Tools was recommended by Bendpak, the manufacturer of one of the lifts, and my interaction was great. I asked many detailed questions regarding height restrictions and assembly and at one point worked with BendPak engineering to confirm specific details that were not available in the literature. I decided to use eauto Tools and the purchase exceeded expectations. They immediately notified me of availability and delivery schedule and I now have the lift installed and operational. Definitely a good supplier experience.

I purchased our lift from a company who contacted me via Bendpak. I was a little skeptical at first but upon speaking with them on the phone I felt a little more at ease that I was able to speak to an actual person who was able to answer all my questions. The installers showed up when they said they would and were great guys to deal with. They worked clean and had it completed faster than I expected. All in all I had a great experience working with eautotools.com.

I used Eauto--Manny Contreras to buy my Bendpak HD 9XW 4 post car lift and I used the recommended installer in Salt Lake--Mike Schooley. The online buying experience was 1st rate (Manny knows his stuff and is super responsive and very fair and honest). Mike Schooley is a rare breed (probably not older than 40) of old school service and installation guys that really cares about his customers. He was on time, efficient, polite and went the extra mile. He installed my lift perfectly. Then a week later when Iowered it and it became unlevel (likely due to my error) he dropped everything and raced to my location to quickly fix it--and despite my offer, refused taking any pay for the service (he made no errors in the installation and I suspect I made an error that locked one post while the others lowered). My experience from my 1st call to Manny to the last service call from Mike Schooley was nothing short of 1st class!!!!

From the salesman to the installers, I'm Happy with my experience thus far.

I purchased a lift table and accessories. The sales people were very helpful in explaining my purchase to me. When I received my order there was a minor problem, but was quickly and easily resolved.
I will be buying more tools and equipment from them.

After placing my order and paying upfront, I waited without hearing anything for two weeks, when I called I was told I was a month out because they assumed I was waiting for a certain color, (blue) when there were others (red) sitting in a warehouse. I told them to ship one in stock. When it arrived it had obviously been casually handled because it was scratched and the paint was beat. I was just happy to have it so I didn't snivel about the damage. I was satisfied with the installers. This is why the country is going down hill no pride in work or product...
