Appalling service a discredit to REVIEWS…
I rang regarding a personal injury complaint. The lawyer I spoke to was not very professional. Without even listening or asking for evidence he was just jumping to conclusions. I was shocked. At times he giggled???
He was not very professional and instead of.listening was butting in and putting up arguments for the opposition.
He never asked I'd I had proof or anything as it is inhale cctv. As he kept on jumping in with dismissive conclusions only to.keep on having to correct him.
I could see it was going to be hard work from the start. I first had to convince him and plead to he heard.
I went through all the top notch reviews I had seen online and thought this man was a clear waste of time and couldn't believe the reviews.
When he butted in with a neg conclusion again. I decided he clearly had no need for the work and hung up on him.
His attitude was cavalier at best and very immature.
I ended up putting the phone down in disbelief at how he behaved.
I was shocked no professional behaviour at all.
