Good quality and easy to fix. The only disadvantage is the calculation of how many tiles you need on the website. It is not accurate. Also the delivery time is a bit too long (3 till 4 weeks)

Great refresh for a small price
Tiles came super quickly, I ordered within Europe. At first i was a bit suspicious about the realism when i looked at them up close, but once i had them on the wall i was very very happy with how they looked and the variance in the colours looked very natural. Tip: don’t always start from the same vertical location with the same tile block, vary them a bit so the colour variation is also changing. My kitchen is from the 90s and this gives them a much more modern feel. Don’t forget to fill the grout lines of the previous tile if you’re pasting over them. Took me about 1 day to do a kitchen backsplash. Some others said you can probably get these cheaper from the usual overseas sites but i couldn’t find the specific colour i wanted (petrol blue) and i didn’t want to wait several weeks and deal with customs, quality problems etc.

Yes!
Yeeess, I am so incredibly happy with the tiles. The result is stunning, and the method for applying them is really easy. Compliments from all sides, and no one expected them to be adhesive tiles. Thanks!

Great customer service, nice quality tiles
Customer service was excellent. I was a bit wary after reading reviews in here mentioning delays and lack of response, but Alaa has been excellent and super fast, and delivery came in exactly when expected.
The tiles seem to be great quality, although I expected them to look a tiny bit different (they look a bit bi-dimensional), but I haven't yet had the chance to stick them on, and I'm sure they'll look great in my kitchen. The color is perfect.

Beautiful and easy!
I was surprised about how good those tiles really look, and about the quality of the material!
We had also tried another product, and there, the tiles where way to thin, crumbling all over and looking cheap. With Easytiles I am really happy, beautiful cover-up of ugly kitchen tiles in an apartment, where we are not really allowed to change things.

The quality of the goods are impeccable. But the delivery service is without any communication. It's not ok you need to install a 3rd party app to track your delivery. Defently if the app isn't showing you anything usefull...

This is clearly a scam
This is clearly a scam. Ordered from the UK and took ages to turn arrive. These are SUCH poor quality, look like badly printed low resolution designs.
Came poorly packaged with some minor damage, and when I asked to send them back for a full refund (as per their 100% money back guarantee), I was offered 20% instead as I am outside EU.
DO NOT SELL OUTSIDE EU IF YOU CANNOT DEAL WITH THE RETURNS.
Terrible service. Seriously- do not order from these scammers.

Hello,
We are sorry to hear that you are disappointed with your order, however we do not understand why you call this a scam.
As a gesture of goodwill, we offered you a 20% refund to keep the items, which is a common solution for international orders outside the EU due to high return shipping costs. This does not mean we refused to help you.
In addition, you were allowed to keep the products and we still processed a full refund for you. We therefore feel that calling us scammers is unfair.
We always try to help our customers in the best possible way and would appreciate it if you could reconsider and adjust your review accordingly.
Kind regards,
Alaa EasyTiles

Dear Emre,
We would like to clarify that we are not a scam or “cheap dropshipping shop”.
Many products nowadays are manufactured in China and can also appear on large international marketplaces. This does not automatically mean a company is dropshipping or overpricing products unfairly.
Our prices include quality control, customer support, VAT, packaging, shipping costs, import costs, warranty and after-sales service, things you will usually not receive when ordering directly from overseas marketplaces.
In addition, you did not actually place an order with us, but still decided to leave a damaging review based purely on an image search comparison. We believe this is not a fair representation of our company or service.
We always strive to offer customers a reliable shopping experience and proper support before and after purchase.
Kind regards,
Alaa EasyTiles
