Completely unacceptable experience. We rented a car with equipment included according to the order confirmation, but upon arrival, Europcar informed us that the equipment was never available, and the company was aware of this. We were never notified, resulting in additional costs far beyond our budget. Customer service ignores our inquiries and takes no responsibility. Would not recommend.

I ended up being charged 280 Euro instead of the quoted 50 Euro! the customer service was shocking when i called them. it sounded like the person (Daban) was employed to be unhelpful, rude and obnoxious. they ruined my holiday along with FireFLy. horrible experience. I would strongly advise to AVOID this company!
