Nice company to do business with
Nice company to do business with, the receptionist advised taking lots of photos of car on collection to avoid being held responsible for damage not many do that. The car was clean reliable and comfortable although for what was a 14000km car it had been abused by other renters the staff were aware and the pictures on return proved invaluable.

10 years of very positive experience
I have been an Easyterra/Carrentals customer for almost 10 years.
These years were years of high satisfaction with prices, responsiveness, flexibility and choice of cars. All issues were dealt with in a friendly and courteous manner.
My last experience in Lanzarote 17-24/11/2023 was also very good.

Easyterra Windy car
We booked via Easyterra a meet & greet pick at 11 pm from Windy Car in Antalya. We've been told that the rental office closes at 11 pm so we'll have to pay €20 in cash to get our car. They were late to come to pick us up from the airport and we had to make several calls. It was so stressful.
The car hasn't had internal or external cleaning. It was scratched all over. The front left door and boot cover kept rattling at all times. The rear right tyre had a slow puncture. They didn't turn up to the car drop-off collection. It was an unpleasant and stressful two weeks of driving.
