Very efficient they delivered and collected exactly as requested. They took photos before and after to verify no damage. For communication they phoned me I could communicate back by WhatsApp.

The skip delivery is on time, at the early 8:00am on the appointed date. The collection is also on time. No bothering, just leave it there, give sufficient space. Very convenient and good service.

Do not use this company

Do not use this company. When you book you’re only allowed to select one box for what you are placing in the skip.
Once booked you then receive an email about prohibited items.
Subsequently/ after booking you receive a list of additional charges including £100 + vat for who knows what, admin fee, processing fee, then a list of charges for each item like soft furnishings £35 + vat, electrical items £35 + vat, upholstery £35. + vat and plasterboard £45/bag + vat etc
It then lists out charges for if you declare it after the event and these are roughly double or more!
Stay away from these cowboys who make up the charges as they go along without any upfront notification! (Despite what they might say) and no they did not address it! Instead threatened with charges for holding the skip and also changed the charges!

Hi Anita,

Thank you for raising your concerns — our Director addressed them in detail in a formal response .

For context, charges for restricted items aren't set by us. They reflect actual disposal costs charged by licensed waste facilities (mattresses, sofas, electricals and plasterboard each carry specific processing requirements under UK environmental law). These items are listed in our T&Cs, agreed at checkout. Where we can make that clearer in the booking flow, we will.

Kind regards,

Terrible Company - Avoid

Terrible service. Avoid this third-party company and go to a skip company direct. Placed an order for a skip delivery in 2 days and holding payment. I never heard back from them, and it's impossible to speak to anyone. I cancelled my order and still not heard back from them.

Hi Munaf,

We let you down on the day it mattered most. Sunday booking, Tuesday move — you needed certainty by Monday at the latest, and instead you spent Tuesday morning chasing us. That's not okay, and we'd own it fully.

Weekend orders are now confirmed first thing Monday rather than left in limbo — that change came directly from situations like yours.

If you'd consider us again, email info@easyskip.uk and we'll look after it personally.

Awful experience

Awful experience, paid for a skip that should have been here three days ago and still not had communication from them

Hi Joao,

We're really sorry — a three-day delay with no proactive communication from us isn't acceptable, and we completely understand the frustration.

In full honesty, Trustpilot wasn't being actively monitored when you posted this, which is why a reply is only coming now. That's been fixed: we read every review, and our customer service team is far more responsive than it was at the time.

We've had a look on our side but couldn't locate your order from the review alone. If you'd like us to investigate what went wrong, please email info@easyskip.uk with your order number and we'll come back to you.

Never use this company

Never use this company, what a let down, after ordering the skip on line and then confirming its delivery as I live three hours from where it was being delivered and didn’t want a wasted journey myself to load it. I needed it to arrive Tuesday, after a gut feel to call again to confirm, after a long wait I was finally told it wouldn’t arrive until the following Monday!!! They didn’t even have the decency to call me!

Hi Paul,

We're sorry — the heart of what you've raised is fair: we should have picked up the phone and called you, especially given you were driving three hours to be there. Instead you had to chase us, and that's not how it should have worked.

The booking was cancelled and the pre-authorisation released, so nothing was actually charged — but that doesn't fix the time and planning you'd already put in.

If you'd ever be open to giving us another try, please drop us a line at info@easyskip.uk and we'll look after it personally.

Wasted journey charge

We booked an 8-yard skip through EasySkip, but unfortunately had a very frustrating experience.

When the skip arrived, the driver placed it on our driveway. There was limited space around it, but we made it clear that we were happy with the placement and could still access our property without any issues. Despite this, the driver chose to remove the skip.

We were then informed that we would be charged a £90 “wasted journey” fee, and if we still wanted the skip, we would also need to pay an additional £60 for a road permit. At no point during booking was there any clear information on the website about needing a certain amount of space around the skip.

When we contacted EasySkip, they stated the reason was due to potential damage if the skip moved when being collected. We explained that this was not a concern for us, as we were planning to remove the front posts of the property anyway. They then changed their reasoning, saying the posts could damage the skip itself.

After a lot of back-and-forth, they agreed to reduce the wasted journey charge, which we appreciated. However, this situation could have been completely avoided if clear guidance had been provided on their website regarding space and access requirements.

Overall, our issues were resolved and good communication from Lane at easy skip, however the lack of transparency led to an unnecessary and frustrating experience.

Hi Kacia,

Thanks for taking the time to write this — and for being fair about it. Glad Lane managed to get there with you in the end; I'll pass on your kind words.

The website transparency point is a fair one, and you raised it with us at the time as well. Drivers do have to call it on the day around safe lifting clearance, but customers shouldn't be finding out about access requirements only when the skip is already in front of the house — that should be set out clearly before you book. It's feedback we've taken on board.

The back-and-forth to reach a resolution also took longer than it should have, and we'd apologise for that on top.

Probably the worst company I have ever used

I ordered a skip to be delivered on Friday which after taking payment then said they couldn’t do. They then said I would receive it on Tuesday (yesterday) again…..no skip….was assured I would have it today and still no skip. I haven’t received an apology and at no point have they contacted me to explain the situation. I have made numerous calls to them but still no skip. Disgusting customer service…..please for your own sanity don’t use them

Hi Miriam,

Apologies — we let you down here, and the lack of communication on top of it made it worse. That's on us.

We weren't actively monitoring Trustpilot at the time, which is why a reply is only coming now — but that's changed, along with a lot else. Our customer service team is far more responsive, and our delivery process now keeps customers updated proactively rather than leaving them to chase. The reviews from this month reflect where we are today.

If there's anything still outstanding for you, email info@easyskip.uk and we'll sort it.

Undelivered skip

We were given a skip delivery time of between 7am and 7pm which is itself not great. The skip has not arrived and it has gone 7pm.
I have been chasing to find out what has happened. No response apart from an AI chatbot that said someone would call me. No one has called and I have builders who are unable to get on with their work properly until the skip arrives.

Hi EMM,

Thank you for the feedback, and we're sorry for the lack of communication on the day — holding up your builders is the last thing we want.

We'll be honest: at the time of your review we weren't monitoring Trustpilot, which is why this response is so late. That's now changed — we're actively here, replying to every review, and our customer service has come a long way since.

If anything is still unresolved, please drop us a line at info@easyskip.uk and we'll pick it up.
