Be wary of the difficulty of assembly
Great customer support. The product itself, the Adjustable Media Wall - is very hard to assemble and disassemble. Give youself plenty of time to put it together and understand how it works. It looks great once it is together but its a pain at first and much longer than the other version, though more long lasting I think.

Easy to use and Always a good experience
A big range of products at different price points. Competitive pricing and easy to upload designs and/or get support.
What's more, the finished item arrives from Sydney to Melbourne within a couple of days.
Having ordered many products over the last few years I have always been very happy with the quality.
It's always a good experience.
I can't imagine being a competitor.

I love Easy Signs but!
I love Easy Signs, but sometimes they are too efficient, and if I need to add something to my order , it is too late as it's already 'sent to production', and then I am unable to get the bulk discount price on the added item. You force me to have to make a complete new order, and then I have to pay an exorbitant price for a one off item, which is cost prohibitive and can't do.

Thank you so much for the 4-star review, being a continuous Easy Signs customer and loving our efficiency!
We completely understand how that it's not ideal to place a new order for something that you would want to add onto an already existing order.
To give you some insight, our system is automated to get orders moving as quickly as possible. Once an order has been approved by a customer and starts printing, the files are already locked into our printing queues and we can't maintain the efficiency you like so much.
Stopping the production process disrupts the queue and delays orders sadly, that's why we have a message before approving a proof letting you know, once it's approved we can't provide changes or add onto the order. A new item requires its own setup and production run which results in us not being able to offer bulk pricing, it does have to be treated as a separate order.
That said, we are sorry that this caused a cost barrier for you!
For future orders, if you ever find yourself needing to add an item right after ordering, please reach out to our team immediately as we might be able to stop the order before it starts printing.
While we might not be able to combine the printing process for the bulk discount, we can combine the shipping on multiple orders and save you on additional delivery costs.
Being said we really appreciate your feedback, we are always looking for ways to improve our processes.

Great service throughout. My only suggestion is that that you develop a pull-up banner or similar (eg. 600mm wide by 1200+ high) that truly is 'travel friendly'. None of the larger banners fit into a suitcase when collapsed. I ordered one that was promoted as the travel-friendly banner but it's still too long for a big suitcase.
