I signed up to this company's virtual number service. From the word go, nothing but issues. They supposedly provide a virtual business phone number for use. Right from the moment I signed up and tested the phone number, it wouldn't receive any calls or make calls and so begins a litany of issues. So I emailed them about the first issues. 24 hours later, I'm told there's a problem and it will be escalated. Then I try to verify my own number with them. The number won't verify. I contact them about it. There's another issue and it will be escalated. Then their software glitches and starts bombing me with hundreds of email alerts. So I delete that number and purchase another. Same issues. Can't make calls. Can't receive calls. Can't verify my number. Every time I send them a support request, they respond when they deign to get around to it, and always one person named Brian who couldn't be bothered to explain what the issues are, won't answer all my questions about the problem and then starts to take on a more and more disinterested tone the longer this goes on for, like I'm wasting his time, when meanwhile I've now spent $30 on three virtual phone numbers that can't make calls, can't receive calls and for every problem that comes up, the response is: "It's being escalated." Then eventually when I'm telling this guy that the phone number now can't receive voicemail and for some bizarre reason their software spams my email, he comes back with "As our Level 2 Support has checked, your account is set up properly. If you do not get notifications regarding voicemail and have no voicemail records, it means you did not receive them," after I'm telling him I'm not getting any voicemails and I'VE SENT HIM SCREENSHOTS showing him that. I haven't heard from them since. Emails now go unanswered. Typical. I'm done and have told them to refund me my money as nothing in their service works, there's bugs everywhere in their software, they don't know their own product and it shows when they respond, and I literally haven't been able to use the virtual phone numbers they provide for anything. I haven't received a response since. Nothing. I'm raising a refund request with PayPal for all of it.

I will give you guys the honest review that you guys can have from this website. This was the most dishonest treatment and embarrassment coming from a service like this one. Let me explain. The monthly subscription is 28 usd. On the 4th of August mistakenly I payed double the amount of 28 usd via paypal, sending two times 28 usd. The reason I sent double was because in my first attempt the page looked like it didn't take the payment but indeed they took it, I tried the second time and it did the same thing. Glad I checked my PayPal account and noticed that the two attempts were successful. I wrote to them requesting a refund for the extra transaction and Mr Brian did refund me on the next day the extra 28 usd and said that one of my numbers were recovered. I thought that everything was OK. I noticed that every day I was receiving to my email automatic mails saying that my account is suspended cause I haven't paid. When I contacted Mr Brian again, he said that the system was corrected and that nothing was happening with my numbers that sometimes work and then sometimes it doesn't. Well, as to this date, I have been able to use the system since the 4th of August. I wrote to them today and Mr Brian said that my subscription was closed for lack of payment that he refunded it on the 5th of August the 28 usd that if I wanted he could refund 9 usd that I have as credits in my dashboard. When I replied and I proved to him the two paypal transactions on the 4th and the only refund made that came on the 5th till now he has not replied. It looks like they didn't like for me.to claim the extra funds i sent because of the page was not working properly in that moment. Thanks God I didn't continue trying. What do you think of this? Can we say this Mr Brian is honest? This is my experience and my honest review, which I will make a YouTube video and tiktok telling my experience... it is not about the 28 usd, I didn't want it, I wanted the service, it is about the dishonest of ppl.

I had a very specific use case.
Brian from customer support was extremely prompt and super helpful in his responses.
He also helped me change the configuration of my account a few times to solve my problems.
The support itself is worth a lot.
Yes, sometimes they have problems, an interface has bugs, but the organisation provides an incredible level of support.
I'm in constant contact with them.
Keep in mind, this is a small business. Don't judge so hard.
Attempted to use easy ringer service to get a USA cell number. Despite numerous attempts to get it to work I could not receive a phone call through it. I have cancelled the account and have asked twice for a refund. My last email was 5 days ago and it has not been refunded and they have not responded to my emails. Very disappointing and frustrated.

I set up a VOIP number before my overseas trip. I paid the money. When I arrive in Vietnam the phone doesn't work, so I finally get through to their help desk. They had cancelled the service and refunded half the money. Not all of it. Half. I am stuck on the side of the road at a pay phone, arguing why they hadn't refunded all the money, and why couldn't they just charge it again, but no help at all. With all the time I spent trying to get help it was an absolute nightmare. Stay away. OMG the worst idea ever

Recently purchased a number which they said was $10, after purchasing in couple of mins it automatically got deactivated, when asked for a refund i got an email saying credits are used and cannot issue a refund, I'm reporting this to FCC and my local congressman, cannot believe gangs like this are allowed to rob innocent victims, not surprised to see so many similar experiences here.

It is a call forwarding service, unfortunately, which also doesn't work, not the calls or SMS. Their dashboard UI is not clear, and there is no official documentation or any support feature. Their support team doesn't bother to respond to queries. Please ask your team to refund our amount. Thanks

Paid $10, in mins after using $1 credits account was shutdown without any reason and refund denied, after checking their reviews realised it seems like this is their usual way of scamming around people. STAY AWARE. Calling my bank for fraud dispute now.

I paid the total amount of $20, $10 for a subscription, and $10 for credit and after using their service for 15 min they just closed my account and returned only $10. I emailed them regarding my account closing and in response to my email they said that we just refunded your money which is $10 and did not mention the actual reason for closing my account. They charged me $10 for just using their service for 15 min which is very very ironic. Their service doesn't support Call receive and their service is only for a phone call. They are very very unprofessional and they can suddenly close an account without any reason.
