My book is very well presented and the photos are excellent but the binding was inadequate and over 20 pages in the middle of the book were falling out. Customer services quickly agreed to reprint my book and send another copy. I now await a new copy. The service from this company is impressive. I would use again.

Graeme and I had a few issues with the IWM souvenir photo book but he was very supportive and helpful and provided excellent customer service and the issues were resolved.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company and I would definitely order again

I ordered 2 photobooks and am very happy with them. I had tried competitors websites and they were so much more complex with no idea of price until checkout so I was really pleased that I knew what I was paying in advance with this company. I must admit I wasn't sure if it would be better quality to go with known competitors as the price was so reasonable that it seemed almost too good to be true, however this isn't the case at all. There are options for layout and design, and the photos are of really good quality. I would definitely recommend, and will be looking for more opportunities to get photobooks printed from here! Great customer service too

I have used this company for 3 different photobooks. On each occasion, I have been thrilled with the results and when I have encountered a problem, a quick email brings a very speedy and helpful response from Graeme even on a Sunday! Would definitely recommend this company.

I am pretty useless with the Internet, but found it very straightforward to submit some pictures I took of my recently-sold house.
I wanted them made into an album and could not have been more delighted when I received it only a few days later. The presentation, and quality of the printing is outstanding and I shall certainly be keeping you busy with more of my treasured photographs!

I ordered a book a couple of weeks ago of our steampunk day at Blists Hill and it was well worth the wait, I am very pleased with it and the quality is just great. It certainly makes a lovely memory/keepsake. Will definitely be recommending and buying from Easyphotobook again ☺️👍

After failing to set up a photobook of memories for my mum who is living in a care home, with 2 well known suppliers, I found Easy Photobooks. What a difference ! The process was so easy compared to the frustrations I had experienced with the other 2. The quality of the photos I uploaded to their system was not that good so I was delighted to receive a really good book with excellent quality reproductions of the images. The book itself is a flexible type with wipe clean pages. I thought the price paid represented good value. Overall I am delighted.

Used this company to create a photo book as a Christmas gift. Once I’d submitted photos etc. I realised I thought I had done something wrong with the layout. Contacted the company straight away and a lovely guy called Graeme replied to my email within the hour - couldn’t have been any more helpful! Made sure I got EXACTLY what I wanted and ensured it arrived on time for Christmas as I had left it a little too close for comfort! Quality of the book was brilliant - really really pleased with it! Couldn’t recommend this company enough! 😬
