When I looked for information on the tickets for the Eiffel Tower, it was too late to buy official tickets on-line. The tickets for a group tour were expensive with any of the agents present on the Internet. I used this agent because the Internet site was user friendly and while I was hesitating, I received a code for 10% discount. The meeting point was very close to the tower and the staff was friendly. It was also good that you could use free WIFI & toilets in the meeting point. The security check was quick and not excessive, so we could reach the elevator very quickly!

John was enthusiastic about the history of France and Paris in particular which helped with the overall great tour we received.

We were frustrated with the Tour Eiffel website which showed no slots for tickets over a month in advance. One of our goals for our trip was to make the Eiffel tour, top to bottom. That is without 705 steps on the upside.

We did the Versailles skip the line tour. Given our tight schedule we never could have fit in this side trip from Paris if we had to stand in the ridiculously long lines. It would have been worth using this company for the time savings alone, but the tour guide was great and I would have given the tour 5 stars no matter what,

Our guide was great, he made sure everyone was well looked after (sheltering in the shady spots on the tower) full of useful information and able to answer all of our questions. He also gave plenty of warning/description about the lifts etc. And the tour was punctual and office well organised (despite the traffic they are getting through).

The only recommendation (and i suppose this is more to do with the tour than our guide) was better info on how and where to get down! We didn't want to go up to the next platform, and was a bit of a faff finding the right lifts to get down again. But all in all, a great tour. Well worth the 2 hours.

Our Eiffel tower tour was everything the Easy Pass company advertised on their website. The 'pick up location' was easy to find, we had a thorough introduction and visited each level with ease via the lift, as well as the summit.

Some metros not operating on 14 July why? - as we chose France national day to visit Eiffel Tower :) greattt so we were lost as we could not reach the station on time so we called Easy pass tours office and requested them to meet us at the tower as it was easier to go in the direction of the tower instead of finding their office which is really close.
So one of the volunteers explained us the directions on the phone and met us at the tower which was great. Really helpful and then straight took us to our tour guide and then directly on to the elevator! perfect!!
Then Sarah, our guide for the tour was great - explained us the history and it was a fantastic experience.
Would highly recommend it to everyone who have limited time and want to skip the huge lines and also get to know some history behind the tower and also Paris...

The staff at the tour office were friendly, helpful, gave excellent and accurate information. We knew exactly what to expect and everything turned out to be as was advertised, The service helped make my time in Paris a great experience.

This is the first re that I have used this company. It was a ce ru easy website to use. My only suggestion would be to maybe find out prices in the currency you are booking and also In sterling

Went on line to book some tickets for the Eiffel Tower. Easy pass was easy. Had confirmation back quickly. A great way to book.

Did not receive the 10% discount offered from the Easy Pass Tours website. The discount was offered the first day when we were trying to determine how many tours we could afford to take. The next day when we had decided the 10% discount was not honored. Based on this we reduced the number of tours (1) we purchased from this site.

While in Paris last week, we took three different "Skip the Line" tours with Easy Pass: Eiffel Tower, Louve, and Versailles. Having been to Paris several years ago with my daughter, I knew how overwhelming it can be to try to visit these places, especially when you don't speak the language. The information we received from our American guides and the ability to skip the line were well worth the money. The Versailles tour included the train fare as well. I will definitely use Easy Pass Tours when I return to Europe.

Despite a very rainy day, tour guide Anne made the Eiffel Tower Tour a great experience. From each side of the tower she shared stories that were educational while being entertaining. After she was done we waited in the line to go up to the top and glad we did. Although Anne commented that the view wasn't much different, from the top you get a better perspective of how the Paris streets are laid out as a grid which, being a New Yorker, I found quite interesting. And the views were spectacular even through the rain.

We had the skip the line ticket, not a tour so the only thing I can really comment on is how good the staff was and they were very good. The only issue is that my mom has had 3 hip replacements and the staff member taking us to the Eiffel Tower was walking very fast and it was hard for my mom to keep up. It's not a big deal, if he was walking at a normal pace it would have been fine but he seemed to be in a hurry. If other people in our group hadn't said anything, we would have been lost for sure. Also when we were at the Tower, he took us from one line to another, back to the original line than back to the other. People in the group wondered if he knew what he was doing and for some of the older people it was frustrating. In the end we got up the tower and everything was fine.

Anne was very amicable to all members of her group. She encouraged interaction and opened herself up to a variety of questions. She injected her personality into her delivery which made the tour enjoyable and entertaining. However, she did emphasise that we needed to fill out this review and only put her name if it was 5 star! Well done Anne for an excellent evening but don't forget that you also have a degree in Spanish!

I ordered 2 tickets and wanted to know how and where to pick the passes up. No one has responded to give me that information.
