Expensive app!!!!
The app is ok, but not always working and accessible. Also, if you forget to stop it no refund option possible even if it is obvious and you can even proof that you left the place in an hour or so, but you will have to pay for the full day!! Which is crazy expensive!!
The app is REALLY expensive!! 39 cents for each transaction is a robbery!! Sometimes even parking is 20 cents for short stay, but commission is double!! Or if parking is limited to 40 min you must pay every time you extend it again!! This is unacceptable!!

Great parking app for the Netherlands
You don’t have to worry about paying less or more than needed when parking. If parking is free because of a holiday, or it is free on weekends, you won’t be charged at all.

The app is used in multiple countries but you cannot change the country in the app you have to re install again in each country you visit. Very inconvenient

Parkmobile in NL was better
Parkmobile in NL was a better, more stable app than EasyPark. EasyPark did not work for me in the UK, unfortunately. I have largely switched to a different app.
Does Easypark has really a customer service with exception of marketing ?
The Customer Service of EasyPark is a serious pain compare to the avaiabilty of Parkmobile before.
With the change from Parkmobile to EasyPark the Customer service has been removed more or less !
With exception of marketing, Easypark has forgotten to focus on the Customer itself !
Parkmobile was much better
Parkmobile was much better, if you don’t have to pay for parking in the street, park mobile just stopped the meter. Now with easy park you just keep paying money even when you don’t have to pay for parking on the street
easypark is a scammer
I can certainly say that this application’s policy contends only filling the company’s bank account even if it takes hustling customer’s money like what they did to me.
Here is my story:
On the 8th of July 2024, I was going to park my car near the municipality of Delft.
However, when I have opened the app to start the parking session, I saw that only a day ticket applies at the zone, in the description of the zone, there was a note that says “bedenktijd van 5 minuten” so I started my session and called my friend who I was going to meet, to ask him if that zone was the only option I had to park my car.
My friend said that I could park the car at another spot where I don’t have to buy a day ticket for, so I stopped my parking session after exactly 4 minutes and drove off.
I left in the app a note that says “I have changed my mind” to ensure that I have communicated that to the easypark.
On 1st of Aug, they sent me that month’s invoice with that day ticket fee included, so I called their customer service to explain the story.
The employee who spoke to me that day was called “Jasmine”, she sounded rude, disrespectful and completely careless about my side of the story after she heard me speaking English, and once she heard my question, she made me feel like I was some sort of a liar who is trying to avoid paying his dues by making up some stories, I told her that I made a mistake that day when i hadn’t taken a screenshot of what was written in their stupid app because she was annoyingly contesting everything I said.
She said that if you have such a screenshot, then they would reconsider, so I opened the app where that zone’s description was, I saw that the note of “bedenktijd van 5 minuten” was removed.
I told Jasmine that the note is not there anymore, she asked me to hold the line until she asks her technical colleagues.
After about 10 minutes, she came back on the line and told me that her highly competent colleagues said that there is no similar note for that zone and never has been.
She said that the parking rules are set by the city hall, so I told her that the city hall must have removed this possibility of bedenktijd for that zone somewhere between the 8th July and the 1st Aug. So I asked her if someone at easypark can investigate about this, she ignored it again.
I think someone from Easypark must have updated those zones who ,I think, should be one of those technical colleagues that she asked before.
She kept shutting my trials out until we stopped the call.
I emailed Easypark several times over a week until I got a response from another amazingly competent employee who told me about some silly details that were irrelevant to my questions, so basically ignoring any customer’s complaints and provide only general info about how the app works.
I am sharing all of this so I can show the real ugly picture behind such a nice and neat app.
At the end and as a big lesson I learned, Easypark is a highly practical application which is managed by very incompetent, unreliable and poorly educated people who obviously don’t know how to properly do their jobs and on top of that they have zero respect or consideration to any customer’s convenience.
It is like they were taught on their first day at work that as long as money is coming in, keep playing dum until customers have enough of your stupidity. It is gonna work.
Please, to anyone who is still using this app or planning to, don’t forget to take a screenshot of everything that seems as an extra option or note that would be in your favour.
