Easypark is easy to use and great for a city like naples where it's hard to find a functioning parking meter. Will keep using it in the future.

I truly enjoyed using the app (nice and easy layout and super usefull in milan) for a while, yet around a month ago I got a fine because the payments was not resulting on ATM systems even if I had the transaction on my EasyPark platform. I am still discussing for having my money back from ATM: it was not my fault, I have correctly paid the parking by the app.

Really nice service but commissions are too expensive. Fares should be proportional to the payed amount. If I pay 50cents of parking it is not possible to pay 29 cent of surcharge, it is too much sorry.

I've discovered EasyPark by chance and I think honestly that it's something you can not live without in Milan if you have a car
