Det er rigtigt, at det koster 5 kroner for tilsendelse af kvittering. Man kan dog, til hver en tid og helt gratis, hente sine kvitteringer via vores hjemmeside (www.easypark.dk). Logger du ind her med dit telefonnummer og din kode (de samme oplysninger som i appen), kan du under fanen "Historik" se alle dine parkeringer og hente dem i PDF-format. Bad UI/UX (user interface) leads to bad experience
Would be nice if EasyPark had thought about some way to make it easier to switch between 2 or more cars, and check which car is currently active. Paid for parking and received a fine because the app reinstalled and a different car number plate selected by default.
Also the 'spinning disc' is an awful piece of interface in 2018 and should have been killed long time ago. Not easy to set needed time and not convenient. They used to offer to switch between the 'disc' and the normal input for hours:minutes but for some reason the better alternative has disappeared from the app in the latest versions. What a shame.

First I would like to say that I'm sorry that you've recieved a fine, and that you've had some bad experiences with our userface; I assure you that this has never been our intention with the app.
In the left bottom corner of the app there's an icon of a car. Underneath the icon you're able to see the registration plate currently active. If you press on the icon, you can add/remove cars of your choice or chose which car you want to park with.
I'm sorry that you don't like the spinning disc. In the newest version of the app we have brought back the digital timer. If you press on the indication of time above the spinning disc, the digital timer will appear. This is also very useful if you plan to park more than just a few hours since you won't need to spin the disc for minutes.
If you want us to take a look at the fine in order to determine if there's anything we can do to help, please e-mail us a photo of the fine along with your contact informations and a description of the situation. Our e-mail adress is info@easypark.dk.

Excellent service and customer support!
I had the unfortunate experience of receiving a parking ticket while on a customer visit in Copenhagen due to an inaccurate GPS signal in the app. I contacted EasyPark for help and assistance and received a very professional and courteous service from a Madeleine who was very keen in resolving the issue. All in all I am a very satisfied customer!

Clever app and the best service you can think of
My husband and I called the customer service while being very frustrated in the middle of central Copenhagen where the machines didnt work. The sweetest woman took us by surprise when she didnt let our frustration get to her, but just kept on listening and guiding us. (we soon felt very guilty) In no time she registrered us and helped us start a parking. She was so helpful that we asked for her again when we called the following day. Best customer service! We have now downloaded the app and it is SO easy to use! The genius thing is that we were able to use it in Stockholm too. The machines didnt take our cards and the following day it was impossible for us to even find a machine on Fredriksberg, so this app is amazing!! The womans name was Malene and I really recommend calling the customerservice if you are in doubt or need any help, they really know their stuff.

Great app and easy to use
This is a great app!
It is easy to use and you can add more time from the distance when needed.
On top of this - you can always terminate the parking permit and get money back. This is what I have been waiting for. No more parking for 43 minutes and paying for 1,5 hour!
Go get it.

Great and Easy
Parking this way is so easy because you only have to het out of your car to find the area number on the machine. No more going to the machine for checking in and out. Setting up takes about 5-10 minutes but well worth your time.

The company only cares about money
It was a very smart idea to use smartphone as a parking meter, but instead, this company has ruined it. The company only cares about money. Here's some examples:
To order a new Easyparker sticker: 39 kr.;
To create a new account (not direct from APP or WEB): 99 kr.
15% extra charge for each payment, minimum 4 kr.
Even to receive a receipt in PDF will cost 5 kr. !!!
So be careful with the buttons on the APP, it might cost you fortune by pressing any of them.

Thanks for taking your time to give your opinion about EasyPark.
It is correct that since we are a company we would require payment for our services. These are different based on which package you choose to sign up with.
A) You mentions that we charge 39 dkk for a sticker. Actually we send out 3 stickers for 39 dkk. But when you sign up you get the first 3 stickers for free.
B) Regarding registration-fee. It is correct that our normal price for signing up is 99 dkk. As you say you can sign up for free if you do it through our web or our app, which is the most used way to sign up.
C) 15% extra fee. Yes, if you choose the package without a monthly fee there is an additional fee per parking of 15% (min. 4 dkk). You can stop your parking - for free - so you only pay for the exact time you park and you can also prolong the parking - for free - so you don´t risk getting a parkingfine.
D) PDF reciept for 5 dkk. Yes, you can choose to purchase a reciept in the app directly for 5 dkk. You can also go to our web and get it for free.
Majority of customers I talk to mentions that they save money on using EasyPark eventhough there is a fee of 15% just by stopping their parking earlier - for free.
We also have another package, EasyPark Large, where you pay a monthly fee and all features are included in the package, both stickers, pdf reciept, monthly overview over expenses, warning-sms for parking etc.
