Great platform with many courier choices like hotel booking

Was using EasyParcel for years, glad that they are keep improving and getting more courier services on-board in one place.
Despite some bad experiences with several couriers before that not under EasyParcel control, I can just easily filter & select my preferred courier. Recently added some international players & On-demand services, I can manage my different shipments all in one place.

I have been used as a servant by the easyparcel and didn't got my work done

I have submitted whatever you requested, 
For the order :- Invoice 1ZK541156700027411

But until now i have not got any response from your side, neither a confirmation on receiving the documents and neither on any progress or update. 

Until now i did whatever i have been asked to do or submit but its been 2 months and parcel hasn't been delivered yet. 

I really dont understand the process of easyparcel because i have prepared the parcel i have filled up form i did the measurement i did the payment and i still been asked in the middle of the delivery that provide this more documents like kyc and invoice, i dont get it if you want such documents then you should get it in the beginning so that i should have an option if i wanna continue with this or not.

I have been used as a servant of easyparcel and added to that i have paid for that and my work is not done yet and no news on my parcel.

I have shown the utmost patience until now and just keep following the instructions so that my parcel can reach.

Please tell me i should keep any hope on that parcel from you or i should explore different routes to get it that ll be helpful.

deceitful company

Once you top up, the credit is valid for only a year and no refund will be given, so we have to remain using their service. It's such a scam to cheat our money, normal e-wallet never has expiry date because it's our cash chipped in, but easyparcel automatically switch it to their income after a year. I wish their business went broke soon. By this way of operation, they only intend to collect small change from customers but lose customers' trust.

Worst service ever

I booked a shipment through EasyParcel to send documents from Malaysia to the US via UPS on Tuesday. Thought everything was good to go, but it was a mess.

Starting Wednesday, I checked with EasyParcel every day about the pickup. Every time, they told me it was scheduled and UPS would come that day. But nothing happened.

By Friday, I was fed up and called UPS myself. Turns out, EasyParcel had only created the AWB, but never actually scheduled a pickup! I had to sort it out and schedule the pickup on my own.

Really disappointed with the lack of follow-up, lies and false promises.

Parcel never got picked up

I placed and completed payment for my parcel booking to be picked up form door 4th Nov. Waited everyday and no pick up. Contacted support team on 6th Nov and they said will speed up the pick up process but still no pick up until 7th Nov. I contacted the support team again and they asked me to cancel, refund and look for other companies. If Easy Parcel you can’t manage a business, please don’t mislead customers. Please close down your company. Customers have been waiting for parcel pick up like an idiot for 4 days.

Horrible, would give 0 like everyone else if i could

Horrible! i couldnt believe i prepaid SGD50 for their local courier service. I selected pick up by Qexpress on Monday and by Wed 2pm (today) they are still not here, i messaged the bot/ online chat, they said wed's pick up is cut off, have to wait for the next day. it was an urgent document and i can't believe i had to call to remind them without them even realising its not delivered. and of course they refused to refund!!! anyway i can report to the government on their bad services and breach of contract and get my refund back??

Too many bad experiences to excuse.

Many many bad experiences with this company. Especially with deliveries to the US. Customer service is poor and they seem to have lost many of my parcels. AVOID. Seems they cannot cope well. Especially QExpress which has been terrible for me. I never write bad reviews unless I have to but I have lost so much because of them and they have damaged my US business just as I am getting started. Terrible. Beware.

Lost 2K because of EasyParcel and Aramex

I had a shipment to UK using Aramex service aswell. After a month, it got stuck at the customs london. To my surprise, the item was said to be returned to me. Additionally, my parcel should be 3kg, but Aramex inputed 1.5kg. With that, I had extra charges for incorrect weight. ALL of this was done without my knowledge, I wasnt aware of what was going on. Had sent out multiple tickets but none was resolved. Short to say I had lost over 2k (600 for the shipment and since it was a client's item, another 1.4k to refund). Aramex and Easyparcel should just close their business. Please everyone, use the standard over the counter shipping, Citylink is good aswell. Oh and my parcel is still lost

Got an experience when after the…

Got an experience when after the completion of delivery to the states at a cost of around SGD30 plus, they send an email 1-2 weeks later that the correct price for delivery should be another SGD50+. To my surprise the weight is less than 0.25kg which i weight before sending. they instead charged by dimension much to my horror. one of the best couriers justship using Fedex or UPS charged only SGD52 which is faster and better service. I hope they own up to their mistakes and refund me the 50+ they charged to my card with authorization.

Worst ever

Worst ever. Delayed delivery, excuses and excuses. Always refer you to an automated chat and is always v are sorry, please bear with us. Worst is you are charged with weight discrepancy after delivery is done 1 month ago.!! They keep your credit card details and charge your card. Scary !! Stay away from Easy Parcel

Aramex trying to charge me RM 800

Easy parcel scam:

Easy parcel weight discrepancy scam. Many people have been receiving weight discrepancy scam, giving a platform for shipping providers to over charge the customers.

I’ve just experienced sending a parcel to bangkok. Aramex charged me RM 200 for it. After products have been delivered, aramex came back with a weight discrepancy of RM 800 ringgit. I was surprised and asked for more details. After east parcel opened up a ticket for it, I also asked them to unlock my account as I had 2 parcels I needed to send. After unlocking it for me to top up, they immediately locked it again. I can’t do my work and they probably did this to hold my credits for the dispute. This is not the right way ! Don’t fall for this scams like me.

We found another shipping platform called myparcelasia. Hopefully they are more genuine than easy parcel.

Should be 0 zero star...run for your life

My goods still in hold for more than 30days. After my goods left the country, they say the destination address need hire driver and special van to deliver. Ask for additional payment to hire van and driver. Then after one month of clearing customs and stored at their facility, they now said cannot return to sender because my goods suddenly turned "prohibited items" in their facility based on their definition in their fine prints. Derita...After more than a month they found the relevant fine prints to show me. Textbook "hidden" conditions.
Anyway, good luck to anyone thinking about using their service.

I've been using EasyParcel since early…

I've been using EasyParcel since early 2018. From year to year the service is getting worst.
The rate also getting higher and higher. And the get in touch with the customer service also very difficult.
And my newest experience with EasyParcel that I used to post out very small box that no need to be weighing, unfortunately now THE EASYPARCEL make it clear if the box is very ringan maybe below 2kg,they will you Dimensions (even it's small and can be sumbat in courier bag). Yeah so that your customer pay more to you.
Promo free courier bag but didn't even post it out. Don't waste your time to get the free promo, unless you got so much spare time to email them & waiting zillion days for them to entertain it.

Disastrous!!!

Disastrous!!!! DO NOT engage. Wish I read the other reviews before I engage their platform. Currently 3 of my international parcels are still awaiting collection after missing the pickup for 48 hours. I understand that EP is not involved in the courier operations but I wished they would engage better couriers to work with! This is affecting my business and I do not feel like they value my business operation. I genuinely feel bad for their customer service. Currently about to click the "cancel parcel" option. Please avoid at all cost.

Not Easy at all! Pay Extra for a better service.

Horrible! Shipment between Johor Bharu to Manila took15+ days, one week of which is sitting in the office in Manila. They claim to try to contact and deliver, but no one called and they didn't make an attempt to deliver. They send messages and ignore the responses with delivery instructions. Then they send out messages claiming you weren't home or didn't answer the phone bla bla bla. If you want to save money, I guess it works, but if you actually need your package delivered - call Fedex or DHL. Don't ship anything of value or time sensitive with this company, it will only end in tears.
