This is the second time I have ordered from here for my number plates and they continue to deliver! The plates are good quality and arrived in no time, they look great !!

This was my second purchase in so many weeks, good quality plates and fast delivery.

Ordered 3d gel plates and fixing kit on a 48 hour delivery (£146 ish) mid December, as a present. They arrived 9th Jan. I had contacted the company twice when ordering as the online form kept defaulting to glitter plates which my boy would not appreciate. I asked about them being road legal, ensuring they have the correct markings etc. and was assured they were legal. On receipt - they looked nice, but not at all legal, and now getting no response. Already ruined his present from me at Christmas due to delay and now they are totally useless... oh - and the fixing kit I paid for was also not included ...

They sent the wrong plates by mistake. The problem was solved very quickly and the new plates sent out by next day courier. Everyone makes mistakes, but they very quickly made theirs right. Good quality product too. 5 star service.

Update to their reply- the problem is you took ages to dispatch it and then didnt send other one out like you said you would! It’s only been resolved because I had to do a charge back with my bank you guys are absolutely outrageous and no you wasn’t responsive especially when I asked for a refund 😂 Ordered a set of plates that were supposed to come in 2 days, over a week passed and they still hadn’t even been dispatched! I called them they said they would get them sent out next day and refund the delivery charge (which they did not). They sent them out with evri and surprise surprise they was left outside my flats and went missing I called to tell them this they said they would open a dispute with evri and send me a replacement in the mean time on Saturday delivery. I did not receive them and said I wanted a refund then they started ignoring me. I had to go through my bank in the end to get a refund. Seems a few people have had these issues I wish I would’ve read the reviews before. Most unprofessional company I’ve ever come across.

Took a month to arrive after paying 16.99 for next day delivery. Absolute joke of a company. The quality is nowhere near as premium as the price. Avoid.
