Unreliable
I ordered a set of furniture in November 2023 (five items). It is currently April 2024 and still only one item has arrived. The furniture is very good quality, but the delivery and customer service is awful. Every time I call they say 'next week'. I think they sell items they don't have in stock, and then try to source them.
I recommend avoiding this company, but if you do deal with them, insist on paying cash on delivery. I plan to issue a betreibungsauszug to try to get my money back.

First of all, we are deeply sorry for all the troubles we have caused you.
I have tried to call you before, but you were not available at the time. That is why I sent you an e-mail regarding the status of your order.
All remaining goods will leave our warehouse next Monday. After that we will keep an eye on the delivery, so that nothing goes wrong again.
In addition to that, I will talk to my colleagues regarding the problem. It is definitely not normal for us that a delivery takes that long.
In general: We are a 48-year-old family business. Since day 1 our 450 employees always try their best to satisfy every customer in the best way possible.
Again, we are deeply sorry for all the issues. Nevertheless, we are 100 % sure that we will solve this case optimally.
