Great auction website, needs improvements
Great auction website, very dated though, not very user friendly, considering their fees they should spend the money updating it. Spend hours adding stuff to watch list but then it’s not easy to get to, it should link through to alarms so when watching the auctions they are there where you need them

I am writing to thank the support team…
I am writing to thank the support team for the quick response to my former review of a few hours ago: the lack of Internet in the middle of the auction session has nothing to do with Easy Live Auction! It was a cut which came from the auction house itself.
I am very impressed with the wonderful level of customer service of Easy Live Auction and I look forward to using it again soon.

EasyLive searches for the items I seek & then allow me to place an Autobid with the added extra option of a plus one bid that is nice. Also can join the auction live which is great. Without EasyLive I wouldn't have found as many of the items in my collection as I have. Really pleased.

Easy Live The Real Deal
Forget the rest, Easy Live not only make bidding at auction easy but also economical. So I recently spent £700 at auction and my cost with Easy Live?…. Yes, £3.00 elsewhere would have chargec £35.00. What you call a no brainer!!

Smooth process, quick and easy to register!
I stupidly left it very late to bid on an artwork by a friend, but was able to register really quickly with Easy Live on the day of the auction with only an hour to go before the hammer. I got my bid in and won the sketch! I'm very grateful for this service. I chose to pay the £3.00 flat fee, which I thought small enough to be worth the risk of not managing to buy what I wanted and worked out in my favour in the end, being less than the percentage would have been.

Tried to log in to go to the auction…
Tried to log in to go to the auction I'd paid for, only to find my password or email was not accepted. This was very disappointing. However Easyliveauction have replied to my rating the following day and said everything appeared to work properly at their end. Maybe I did something wrong as I tried to log in only a few minutes before the auction started, to bid on lot 4, so it was too late to arrange a password change... I'll check it all out again more carefully.

Our records show that you successfully registered for the auction using our Flat Fee option the day before the sale.
If you were subsequently unable to remember or enter your login details, a “Forgotten Password” facility was available. However, our system shows that no password reset was requested, and you did not contact our Support team for assistance.
It is difficult for us to understand a one-star review based on an issue that was neither reported to us nor put through the readily available password-reset process. Had you contacted us, our team would have been happy to help.
