Our courier carries out contact free deliveries and if no one is available to accept the parcel it is left in a safe place where possible which would be stated on the tracking.
They also provide a 2-hour delivery window on the tracking so you know when to expect your parcel.

Have I wasted my money? (09/07/2026) is…
The product I purchased (09/07/2026) is for toe nail fungus......... apparently, it's called "MedoNail" by Medosan.
I have followed the instructions implicitly but it it hasn't made the slightest bit of difference/improvement to my toe nail.
Beware!!! a complete waste of £20.98 if you ask me!!!

I ordered an 8 in1 strimmer
I ordered an 8 in1 strimmer, the same as my friends. She had an additional battery mine did not. Customer services were very unhelpful, and discussed my friends order with me WITHOUT her permission.
Later, when the excessive heat had eased i opened the parcel properly and there were no metal blades and cutters; it is these that make it 8 in 1, and far more than just another strimmer.
I emailed the founder of Easylife, I saw no point in going to customer services, and almost a week has passed and no reply.
I am disappointed and disgusted and do not want to keep a wrong product, it is NOTHING like my friends, but I do not see why I should pay £9.99 to return the wrong product with missing items .
Terrible item, terrible company
Following Easylife's reply they are full of sympathy but have not offered a solution.
I am now having to take this problem, of their creation, further, legally if necessary

Item not received
I can't comment on the product because I have not received it. I ordered it on Thursday 16th July and almost immediately received an email to say it had been dispatched, followed by another to say that Evri had now got the item. On Saturday 18th July, an email from Evri to say it was delayed and since then - nothing. Please change your courier or your reputation will just be dragged down and down.
