Avoid easylife. Do not purchase from here

I can only presume this business is named ironically. Easylife Group (trading as: Easylife, Tensor Marketing, Cafe Mio, Good Ideas, Positive Health, Evergreen, Lifestyle Perx, Easylife Book Club, Easylife Motoring Club, Easylife Supercard, Easylife Lotto Syndicate and Easylife Gardening Club) together are a shambles of a business.

Use them and you will be sure to experience a mass of unwanted emails and/or mailing, incredibly slow order processing times, extremely poor customer service and harassing phone calls post-sale... A team and website that leaves order statuses on 'awaiting pick' for upwards of two weeks is unacceptable. It's now three weeks later having placed my order online with Easylife and my goods still haven't arrived, no explanation has been provided, no refund has been offered, and emails sent to customer service have been met with total radio silence. Oh actually, I did get one (non-automated) reply however this was clearly a templated email that didn't actually answer the question I had asked!

This business deals largely with older, elderly and/or vulnerable people who are perhaps less aware of dodgy businesses and technology; and frankly Easylife's treatment of them stinks. My advice to anyone considering shopping or doing business with any facia operated by Easylife is not to do so! Find an alternative business that cares about its customers even the slightest bit. I will be waiting one more week before contacting my credit card company. Avoid!

Disorganised and impersonal

In my experience Easylife are a disorganised company who don't have the courtesy to answer emails or letters when things go wrong, or apologise personally when a customer is upset. They sent me my order within a reasonable time, with no problems, but then started to send me goods I hadn't ordered and charged them to my credit card. I complained by email several times. In response to my first email my complaint was denied. After that I sent screen shots of my credit card statement as evidence but got no further replies. Even after sending a letter through the post I got an impersonal email to tell me the money was being refunded. However they did not take into account my postage costs for returning the goods that I never ordered in the first place. Easy life they are not and I won't be dealing with them again.
