Excellent customer service
Forgot to put the 4mm pipe in the irrigation kit but sent it out immediately.
Excellent customer service, and the irrigation kit is now installed and working perfectly.
I do think the kit should include a few more elbows. I was expecting 2 packets of 5 but only got 2 elbows which was not enough.
All in all would highly recommend.

Easy website to use. Regular friendly communication from the company; going out if their way to welcome me to their site and thanking me for the purchase of Fitt NTS Master Plus garden hose. This irrigation system is a quality…
This irrigation system is a quality piece of kit. What lets it down for the one with 50 connectors is:
-it needs more connecting parts, large elbows, T connectors, and end parts;
- it also needs more small connectors;
- I have also ran out of the small pipe, 20m is not enough.
- if you have different size pots, the dripsper with 2l/hr(advertised) would be better as 4l/hr is quite high for small pots.
- It would be helpful if the company provided a decent cutter and hole punch. The existing punch is really painful to use on the hands.
I have needed to purchase these additional parts to fit this kit in my garden.
