The service was good but the product…
The service was good but the product arrived with no instructions (except how to fit an unnecessary and obvious clip on handle) once put together the hose pipe kinks readily.I'm keeping it to avoid the hassle of returning it but I'd rather have chosen a different and hopefully better one. Oh the delight in buying online.

Very fast seamless service and helpful advice provided
I phoned them for advice on wether a pressure regulator I purchased 4 years ago was in need of replacement.They suggested a couple of tests I could do but suspected as I did that it had now developed a fault.A direct replacement was available so I ordered one and it arrived less than 48hrs later.Very pleased with the speedy dispatch and prompt delivery from royal mail.
