Did what they said, when they said they would do it. What's not to like!

Fast response from a friendly human. Very efficient and flexible service, with no rip off charges for delayed collection.

This is the first time we have used Easycrate and I have been very impressed with the whole experience.The initial booking on the website was very easy to complete and this is not always the case on some websites out there! The delivery and collection of the crates were prompt and efficient and all communications were both friendly and polite. As a Primary school timings can be crucial and Easycrate were able to accommodate us in this regard.
I would recommend Easycrate without reservation.

We have used Easycrate for a number of years when necessary. They are easy to deal with, always polite, incredibly reliable and even if we have needed to change the order in any way (delivery or pick up dates changing/keeping crates for longer than anticipated), Easycrate are always very accommodating.
