Hired for end of tenancy clean. Price was much higher than other places, but as this was now last minute due to other company cancelling, we had to go with it. A couple of hours before, they called to try to reschedule due to cleaners being sick (fair enough), but we were returning our keys the next morning. They were able to find someone else, but it would be at 16.30, instead of 16.00. Fine. He showed up just before 5, without any supplies or equipment, so had to leave again which took almost an hour. He kept extending how long he would need (misspelling my name in the text message). At 21.30 I returned as my last bus was soon; he was finishing up. I had a quick check, but was too exhausted and stressed about the time to look closely.
The next morning we returned the keys. After the agency checked the place, they said all the rooms needed further cleaning, and we were further charge about the same by the agency as we were by EasyCart. I’ve emailed the company twice in attempt to get this sorted and get some compensation, but have not heard anything.
I will never go near this company again.

I initially contacted Easycart for end of tenancy cleaning with a description of every room in my 1 bed flat, which included a small storage room (too small to fit a bed in). After being let in, shown round and left alone in the flat, Easycart contacted my and informed me that I would have to pay an extra 30% on top of the initial charge charge, because I "lied" and the flat was not a one bed.

I asked that instead of charging the extra amount they avoid cleaning the storage room and leave it to me, but was told that this was not an option, because they had already cleaned it (in under 10 minutes). The person on the phone was extremely rude, raising their voice and shouting at me to send more money or they would leave. I sent the money as I was unsure of getting a refund and my end of tenancy was approaching.

The flat was not clean when they finished, which meant the letting agent charged an additional fee for another clean.

Also, prices quoted do not include 20% VAT charged.

I called easycart cleaning to come clean my 4 bedroom house as i was moving out. It was a short notice but they managed to fix me in. They cleaned to my satisfaction. The cleaners pay adequate attention to details. I came back to a sparkling clean home ready for the agents to come take the keys. I must say they were on time and made sure they took out the rubbish they made. I recommended Easycart Ltd to you today

AVOID AT ALL COST!! Booked for end of tenancy cleaning, paid £180 upfront, they were there for 3 hours in a studio flat, and I have no idea where they cleaned. Cob webs were still on the ceiling, walls were dusty, bathroom almost untouched, sinks were even worse than before. They owner said I shouldn’t let the cleaner go, I should’ve asked him to stayed and clean. It was 9:30pm. I pointed out a few spots not cleaned and he was just going over them with a bit of tissue paper, srsly?! What’s the point of keep telling him to do things if he’s not going to do it properly? Very bad. Don’t book.

I spoke to to Evie, I explained that I needed a builders clean in a flat in Newtown Edinburgh. I explained it was a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom property, ground floor and lower ground. Very small kitchen with microwave, cooker, fridge. Evies insisted I pay up front, which I was unsure about? (Now I know why)

I went into the property while the cleaner was in, to be told I had to pay another £100 onto of the £300 I had already paid. She said she would leave if I didn’t pay snd because I’d already paid £300!!’ I thought maybe it was wise and that at least they may do a decent job. Well the latter was not what happened. If I could post you pictures to show the extent of how bad this company is I would and will. Please don’t be scammed like me. They are treacherous and crooks.
