Unexpected Last-Minute Price Increase

I had a disappointing experience with Easy Cargo Ship LLC and the representative I dealt with, Shannon Apperson. I was given a price to ship my vehicle, but at the last minute, an additional $175 was added to the quoted price.

When arranging vehicle transportation, I expect the price I am quoted to be honored, or at the very least, any additional charges to be clearly disclosed upfront. Having the price increased at the last minute was frustrating and left me questioning the transparency of the company’s pricing practices.

I believe customers deserve honest, straightforward communication and accurate quotes from the beginning. Based on my experience, I would encourage anyone considering Easy Cargo Ship LLC to get the full price in writing and confirm that there will be no additional charges before making a commitment.

I worked with Anthony to ship an SUV from Florida to North Carolina. He was awesome! He answered all of my questions, helped me solve a problem I had with getting the car picked up, and quoted a fair price. The pick up and drop off happened exactly as promised and the delivery was fast. The driver was very courteous and communicated with me throughout the process. I will definitely use them again!
