Moon lamp
Ordered the light wood option and received the wrong colour from their Etsy outlet. Seller stated he would refund item and cost of postage of sending it back.
Once he received the item he didn’t refund within the 48 hours he said he would - instead it took well over a week and I had to open a case with Etsy to get my money back. I still haven’t been refunded for the return postage and the seller just ignores my messages.
Also, the pictures and description have been stolen from The Original Moon Lamp site - what you receive is not what is shown.
Seller has now rebranded from “EasyBreezyShopping” to trending-gizmos.com - presumably to escape the reviews of his bad service.
