We purchased our bathroom from the…Wrexham branch
We purchased our bathroom from the Wrexham branch. Very good service from the two assistants in the shop.
However delivery was appalling ….no show on the first date ….waited 12 hours and when checking was assured that our bathroom would be delivered by 8pm.
This delayed the installation and we nearly lost our fitter.
The delivery came to us in a piecemeal fashion…. Over 6 days.
The manager was very defensive and told me to take up the issue with Customer services.
Still waiting for an apology / explanation for the very disappointing delivery received. Just be careful. Nothing “easy “ once you have paid !
On a positive note - the quality of the goods is very good.
