Spent around £10k with Easy Bathrooms brand new bathroom. Since fitted, we have come up against a few issues that Easy Bathroom are not taking responsibility for. Totally washed their hands with it. I used them because they are local. Unfortunately our experience with them is not even worthy of 1 Star.
They are no longer operating from Sale, the shop is now in Altrincham.
Spoke to Ileana at the store as the complaint was taking over 1 month. She confirmed they have very high complaints list that is with the “technical team” SAYS A LOT ABOUT THEIR PRODUCTS.

Excellent support from the team in the Sale Town Office.
The support from the team at the Sale Office is excellent, especially from the young lady who took care of all our orders, and her colleague, I think his name is Mike.

Service and assistance
Ok, so I had the best service from Mike and Iryna in Sale.
They really went above the extra mile to help me from the start to get a fabulous project helping me keeping the budget.
In the meantime, I lost my job so I had reluctantly have to cancel.
Mike helped me to get my deposit refunded and cancel my finance, understanding my sad situation.
I can’t wait to get back to them when I will be in a position to get my bathroom redone.
These guys really care about their customers and are a credit to the business.
Recommend 100%!!!
