Very helpful staff and courteous service

Mike came to assess the need to make the bathroom more helpful for my husband. as he had been diagnosed with Parkinson's. He could no longer used the bath, so have a walk in shower. Mike made several suggestions to make the bathroom more accessible for both of us in the.
Steve came and started work. He was brilliant, a perfectionist. within a week we had a brilliant bathroom, everything was done as specified.
Can't fault Steve the installer or Mike from Easy Bathrooms, Christchurch, Dorset.

Reasonable price, good delivery service

The service from Easy Bathrooms was excellent from initial design to completion through to ongoing customer care to ensure everything is as it should be and we are happy. The process was made simple, sound advice given to improve our requirements and all deliveries and work completed on time. Particular mention to the installer who was professional, polite, knowledgeable and always prepared to do the extra. His standard of work was second to none. Well done to him and Easy Bathrooms, you have delivered and installed our sought after bathroom to the very highest standard.

Absolutely brilliant service. Could not have asked for more. Mike and Josh from the Christchurch store were calm, professional, very knowledgeable and knew the product range inside out.
We scoped our bathroom with 2 suppliers; Easy Bathrooms provided best value for money (for the same range of items).
Wouldn't hesitate to use Christchurch Easy Bathrooms again. I'd give them 10 stars if that was possible!

We had a great experience with Ian at the Christchurch showroom.
Firstly the store had a great selection of products on display - products, tiles & flooring all at varying costs.
It’s our first home project and we didn’t know what we were doing or what we needed.
Ian was a great listener and made helpful suggestions that were relevant to our renovation and what we were looking for. He was very knowledgeable. He helped draw out our ideas in a visual and put a quote together of all the items we would need.
We made an order and am happy with service received.

Went in to look for tiles. Staff helpful and polite, priced up the amount I needed promptly. Ordered and delivered when needed.

Have spent £1000’s with this company over the years
We had a project delayed by 2years due to supply issues from other suppliers since the pandemic
Tried to return a faulty basin tap but told it was not possible as it had been installed!
( How you know a product is faulty prior to installation is beyond me!)
To be fair the staff at the Christchurch branch tried their best to resolve it but the Head Office would not accept the return
So the cost of a replacement retailing at around £100 cost them four complete bathrooms to date!
Please check the small print before purchasing from Easy Bathrooms or better still I suggest you purchase somewhere else
