CAN I SAY THAT EASY AUTO LEASE LTD IS A SCAM?? NO I CAN'T, BUT....

Can I say that Easy Auto Lease is a scam? No I can't for certain, as of right now it would be purely speculation.

What I can say is this, as an employee hired with easy auto lease with an 8th July 2024 start, we never had an office, nor have we received payslips any. HMRC have confirmed we have yet to be registered with them, meaning no TAX or NI contributions have be paid, despite the fact our wages have been deducted. Our deducted wage for July was eventually paid late, and here's the kicker.... We’re still yet to be paid for the month of August. We have no PAYE ref number as we haven’t been registered with HMRC and no Payroll Number can be supplied. Our accountants refuse to speak to staff here and everything goes through our director, who lies to staff even more than he does to his customers. 8 weeks into our employment we have no contract of employment, no fixed abode, office or contact details... NOTHING AT ALL.

What I can say for sure is that since July 8th we’ve had plenty of custom. 38 customers have trusted us as their vehicle provider, so with vehicles having a 4 week turn around as instructed by the director, July was very much SELL SELL SELL....

We to come to August, and the beginning of week 1, we prepare to finally deliver our first wave of vehicles to our excited customers.. 4 in total were due to be delivered, sadly not one delivery was fulfilled and they were all pushed until the end of the week, Friday. Friday was a day to look forward to, 8 new cars due to be delivered to customers yet AGAIN, none were delivered.
This would unfortunately be the start of things to come... Delayed deliveries into push backs into apologies into refunds that are still yet to be refunded. Week after week the same problems, the same excuses, and more and more dissatisfied customers.

Working, the weeks go by and the customers dissatisfaction turns to anxiety, stress, and desperation. Customers wanted their car or their money and all they got was our director's words:

"A REFUND WILL TAKE 14 DAYS, BUT YOUR CAR WILL BE HERE IN 72 HOURS"

To cut this short.... in total from July 8th 2024 until Wednesday 4th September 2024 after 112 failed delivery attempts to our 38 trusting customers;

The company has provided
Deliveries of purchased cars: 0
Temporary Rental Cars: 4 (Please leave honest review here to qualify for a rental)
Total Refunds processed: 4
Total refunds received: 1

So, a month unpaid and a heart attack later,
Can I say Easy Auto Lease Ltd is a scam? No, I didn’t stay long enough to find out for sure.

The questions here is not whether they’re a scam, but rather;

This company is fraudulent they took 22.000 pounds for a Volvo for over 4 weeks and never delivered. They keep coming up with excuses. They promised a refund which they say they will revert on card although we paid through bank transfer. We are still waiting…. I have all the emails concerning this fraudulent deal. Shut posting reviews they keep flagging it inorder to hide it from public eyes.,. Daniel Day I am waiting on my refund still.

Everything seems genuine st the beginning. Our enquiry was handled by Sean. We had put in a deposit of £22,000. This company has failed to deliver. Daniel Patrick Thomas Day has conti uously promised us our Volvo for over 4 weeks with 6 delivery attempt. The last attempt being today. This is a scam.. £22,000 pounds. They gave us a reg number then cancel then another one FX74GGU. We took insurance on both costing £8000. They promise to pay for a car hire. They did once for only a week until the vehicle is delivered and now we have rented a car again amounted to thousands still waiting for a payment.
We are informing action fraud. Companies House. Hmrc, and financial.aithority. our solicitor is going to take this matter further.
This is a well organised fraudulent activity. I will slso inform the media, BBC crimestoppers.

WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED BY THE COMPANY THAT THEY WILL NOW DELIVER THE VEHICLE ON FRIDAY BY 4PM. I WILL PUT A FOLLOW UP UPDATE. WE HAVE ALSO BEEN PROMISED OUR REFUND IF THE DELIVERY DOES NOT TAKE PLACE ON THE DAY

UPDATES... Daniel.asked us to remove the review and that our vehicle will be delivered today at 4 pm.. if not a refund.. after a BVRLA story. He confirms he is driving down the vehicle. When he called him at 4 pm.he dis not pick up but texted ten minutes please and that we should check with Sean for our delivery. That was never discussed or arrange. This man Dablniel using his sons name to operate the company.. Jack Warman is a professional.scammer. there are many more people waiting for cars that does not manifest... this company stole £21780.25 from us for a VOLVO XC90 with false pretence.. reg: FX74GGU.. on which we have taken insurance. We were also given a registration before that never manifested.
This company is corrupt. We are engaging with the authorities concerned to flag this high rated crime.. we will not stop.intil he repays all our money.
We have all the text, email, phone logs, recording to back.up this review.

well an experience it sure has been with added mind games from the fantastic Daniel, Sean, Alex and not to forget the imaginary delivery logistics guy Sam.

So lets take this back a few weeks (10-07-24 ) I placed an order over the phone with Alex. explained that my credit rating was damaged due to a current CCJ on my file from being in the public house industry.
I was then told this would not be a problem and a credit check was ran , a few moments later i was told that i have been approved by one of the 50 fantastic lenders for my lovely new ford ranger raptor on a personal lease over five years with a deposit off £1500 followed with £588.69 PCM .

Then 11 days later the fun really begins with my first deliver date 21-07-24 .
So took the day off work at loss for the day to be then told there was a problem with the ranger being delayed by the manufacture .

I was then given a new deliver date 02/08/24
SO yet again i take a day of work at loss to yet again given a cancelation message at last min from psychotic Sandra ( Sean ) That believes his own lies.

I was then given the famous Tuesday DEFINENT DEFINETLY DELIVERY DATE .
I was given my reg as follows FX24AFF with a delivery date off the 22-08-24 . so got the truck insured at yet a cost to one self . To only be told the truck could not be registered as its a demo vehicle ( BIGGEST LOAD OFF BULL ) You can buy a demo vehicle from any showroom in the uk and have it registered in 5 min...

Long story short .
I was then given more dates and fooled into thinking my order was going to arrive. more days off work a loss off wages and a loss off paying for insurance on two registrations that wear completely pulled out off a cows back side . Total loss around £2700 and that's with out paying a deposit. As i had a bad feeling about this sh+t show off a company to start off with .

THERE IS AROUND 25 PEOPLE IVE SPOKEN TO PERSONALY AND THEY HAVE SCAMMED THEM ALL OUT OFF THOUSANDS OF POUNDS .

DONT BE THE NEXT TO BE SCAMMED IF YOUR REALLY LUCKY YOU MIGHT JUST GET A HIRE VEHICAL FROM HIS SECOND COUSIN DOWN AT UTILITY VEHICAL GROUP .

just before you reply saying this is all so very wrong and you have tried to solve the problems...
we are well past that at this time ! and yes Daniel i do have emails and text messages from your self and your staff to back this review up .

The only thing this company is professional at is taking peoples money and putting on a sob story .

What can I say about easy auto lease Ltd . They are very professional at what they do 5 star 🌟 plus as they do it well !!!

They draw up a fake order in cars get as much deposit as they can out of people
Then excuses and lies after lies when it’s time to deliver the imaginary cars .
These people I.e DANIEL and who ever else it’s on the scam roll will convince you that much that they aren’t scammers they acutely believe them selfs there legit 👏
Don’t be fooled by these guys like me and others .
