I don’t like their refunding model, you can get full refund ONLY in store credit. If you don’t want to purchase anything else, you get partial refund. This is likely my last purchase because of this return model.

I needed to change my size. I accidentally ordered the wrong size. I emailed them and within 30min they replied and fix my mistake. I was so happy about that because the item I ordered was something I had my eye on for awhile! Thank you for your help!!

Poor Quality Clothes
I received my order of two clothing items, one shirt and one sweater. The shirt looked nothing like the online pictures. The sweater is poor quality materials. Both items immediately shed multiple threads and fuzz onto anything they touched. I will not order again.

Beautiful Coat!
I am 5'3", 140 pounds and I got the brown s/m coat. It is beautifully made, a little slouchier and roomier than I expected, but I do love it. I'm excited to wear it as the weather gets colder. I have plenty of room to put a bulky sweater or sweatshirt underneath.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE the outfit I purchased, I've gotten SO many compliments on it already! The quality is great and it’s comfortable and stylish! The only issue I had was my first order got lost, so once I contacted customer service they sent me another one. They were very helpful, but shipping seemed to take a really long time.
