Steve was fantastic, he not only did a great job of cleaning our roof but he left it spotless and was brilliant with my kids who wanted to watch everything he was doing. Will definitely be using again.

Came when they said. Worked a long hard day. Careful to avoid making a mess. Cleaned up when finished brilliantly. Asked a neighbour to take in washing to avoid it getting wet. She was so impressed she came round to let us know. Polite and personable. I’m delighted with my sparkling roof!

Steve and Elliot worked extremely hard and have transformed our roof to look brand new! We recently purchased the property, which needed a few roofing repairs and it is now pristine ready to be repaired! It looks amazing, really friendly knowledgable guys! Will definitely recommend you!

Thanks :-)

Such a great team with Lisa and Steve. Communication is clear, concise, and timely. Service was excellent. A great job. All cleaned away. House looked GREAT. Friendly. Reliable. 10/10. Thank you

A superb service from beginning to end. Steve and Lisa are great to work with. Communication with them was straight forward and timely. The work that Steve did on the day of our roof clean was awesome. This is a dirty job, let's make no mistake here, but Steve cleans up afterwards to the extent that you would not know that he'd been there, apart from a very clean roof which is free from moss! I have no hesitation in recommending East Sussex Surface Care to anyone

There's not really too much to add in addition to what other customers have said except that your roof will look like new, the service is brilliant from start to finish and it's great value for money. Highly recommended.

Very hard working and did a fantastic job on the roof. Cleared everything up afterwards, couldn’t recommend highly enough. Really went out of his way to make sure everything was just right before he left. 5*

We had East Sussex Service Care clean all the moss off our roof, and we couldn’t be more impressed with the results. Steve and his colleague were incredibly professional, courteous, and thorough from start to finish. They did an outstanding job—our roof looks absolutely amazing now!

A big thank you as well to Lisa, who booked everything in for us. She was so quick to respond, really helpful, and made the whole process easy and stress-free.

We’re so pleased with the transformation and the quality of the work. It’s rare to come across such a reliable, responsive and hardworking team. We highly recommend East Sussex Service Care to anyone looking for top-quality exterior cleaning services.

Thank you again for the brilliant service—we’ll definitely be in touch for help with a few other jobs we need doing!

Very pleased with the work undertaken, the roof tiles came up like new. Steve is clearly a pro and takes great pride in his work with Lisa making the booking part super easy. All the best to you both.

The team did a first class job on our extremely moss covered roof. It now looks like a new house - with a red roof we never knew was under there!
The whole experience was fantastic from start to finish. Communication was efficient and extremely friendly. And a very competitive price.
I would not hesitate to recommend or use again in the future.

Approachable and helpful company. Explained procedures for removing moss from roof, clearing guttering and wiping down fascias and windows. Arrived to deadlines and worked carefully and considerately within set deadline. Very pleased with whole process.

Cleaned our roofs especially well, arrived when they said they wouldWorked hard all day and left everything neat and tidy.
By comparison with another roof cleaner who did our garage roofs( not nearly so well) good value

Amazing results following cleaning of roof, patio and drive carried out by Steve.
I thoroughly recommend the company who were professional, courteous and thorough in carrying out an excellent service at all times. Will definitely use again. Thank you.

These guys came to clean the back of my house where weather and environment had severely discoloured the paint. The result was fantastic, and the difference was startling. I can thoroughly recommend their service.
Arrived on time did the job quickly and explained the process, very reasonably priced. A lot cheaper than redecorating the house exterior.

Steve brilliant at sorting out our driveway and patio. Excellent work and done on day and time he said.

Very pleased with the finish. My paving looks like new. All cleaned up, drains emptied. Would definately recommend the team. Thanks again June R
