Received item in wrong color, terrible customer service followed
I ordered a sequin jacket on November 9th 2025. Unfortunately the jacket that I got did not match the photos online. I requested a return via email, the day after I got it, since they have a strict 7 day return policy. I did not hear back for over a month.
I finally resorted to filing a charge dispute with my credit card company which was eventually rejected.
When I finally did hear back from someone, at EastnWest, they sent me a return shipping label and I promptly mailed the item back. I could see that the item had been returned to their warehouse (after multiple delivery attempts due to the warehouse being closed). I let them know the item was in their possession and that I would like my full $157 refund. Still, I heard nothing for another several weeks.
This was during the holidays, but for a retail company, I would expect someone to be answering emails and handling inventory during this time. Especially when they are running Black Friday sales with a strict 7 day return policy. I still have not received my refund and it has now been nearly 2 months since my order was placed.
