This is the second time I have made purchasing of Abaya from EastEssence and let me compliment you that Iam extremely happy and amazed with the products I received. The fabric used, cuts, colors, subtle design, finishing, delivery everything is just too good. I was a bit sceptical about online shopping because of previous bad experiences but EastEssence proved me wrong. Specially in India we are always ready to pay for the correct stuff but usually we dont get the desired quality even after spending. Also prompt email replies related to order queries are indeed appreciable. I couldn't be more satisfied. Thanks to entire team. Jazakallahu khairan.

I recently bought 8 abayas cost 145$ on sale on black friday the shipping had isses and then I reached costumer service they were super nice they refund me my money I purchased from eastessences for more than five years i wear my cloth from there site i even order for my neighbors and relatives friends they all loves it perfect materials and true to size and length so i got my abayas after amonth for free i asked them to pay for they told me its okay keep them thats how wonderful this site it i love they company wish them all success mashalah ill always order from eastessence highly highly recommended

Terrible fit and material. No way to return items or get compensated. I lost a lot of money.

I ordered some items from the sale good value for money. I received my order within 6 days as I had emailed the company to see if they could send it as soon as possible as I am due to travel. Some of the fabric are amazing and some are ok. Overall I’m pleased.

When I requested a refund they send me a store credit. I needed my credit card refunded and they refused to do so. They just want your money. Horrible service.

It’s I have placed many orders, and have spent 100's on dollar shopping here. The 1 time I call for a return (damaged item) all I got was attitude!
The first person I felt with via email, Rashmi, just wanted me to know that it's a final sale item, so f-off. The customer service manager, Uzma wanted to discipline me for calling that one unwearable item “trash”, I had to remind her that I was not her child. I couldn't believe how they would take for granted a customer who has spent 100's of dollars, over a $50 item. I will NEVER, EVER do business with them again.

“Zero Star” This is a rude and unprofessional company. They do not deliver orders in time. I requested cancelation, but they refuse even though they cannot meet the delivery target. The sizes, and quality of clothes very poor and substandard. Stay away from ordering from them!

I would give “zero star” if i could. I bought 3 dresses, paid hidden 15% that no one warned about and received an email that they need 10-12 days to get my order ready! What?! And even after 13 days i got no tracking information or ANY replies for 2 of my email!!! This is rude and unprofessional. I requested cancelation, but i guess no one cares... I don’t know about clothes, but their service is TERRIBLE!!! KEEP AWAY.

I recently made a purchase through East Essence. I have ordered many times from the site over the years and never had any issues.

This time however, after nearly a month I still had not received my items. Before I could reach out to customer support, they reached out to me regarding the situation. Due to some error my package was delivered to the wrong address. The customer service woman who addressed my issue was very professional and very motivated to assist me. She identified the issue and presented some options for resolution.

Within several days my order had been remade and shipped and I had it in my hands within a week or so. The clothing as usual, was exactly what I expected (good quality affordable clothes). The customer service however went above and beyond my expectations. I hope every customer who experiences an issue is treated as well as I was.

Despite an honest appraisal of the company, to which they took exception, suffice to say that I will not, ever, use this company again.

Their sizes are good and reasonably priced but I waited an unacceptably long time to receive the goods.

Apologies, but I cannot lie East Essence. I would use you regularly if dispatch was much faster like other companies but despite a few tries, it does not improve!!!!

Company is not clear about the packing/shipping timing which can be well above full 6 weeks. I have not received the ordered goods yet (after 5 weeks) but I am already worried this is a scam as I cannot login into my account any more!!! I might have been be stripped off for 200,- USD, in a "better" case for some trash quality rags.

Bought an outfit from this website for the first time and even paid for express shipping. Today, way past due date when I was supposed to have collected the item by now, its still not here. I checked my account and all it said was that my deludelivery status is "unfulfilled". Whatever that means. They never even clarified what it means and how we should follow through to help them fix the issue. Im willing to cooperate if they reach out, but nope. Its like no one give a damn.

Customer service there is a joke no one responded to my enquiry which Ive sent multiples to. They leave me hanging for a few days now. With a hole in my bank account and no item to prove for my purchase.

What I paid for aint cheap. At all. Plus delivery cost. I feel cheated and at lost for what to do.

Best islamic Clothing. Great selection, unbelievable prices and great quality. I have been buying from them since last 6 years and my oldest abayas still look great. My closet is brimming and I don’t know what to get rid off to make space for the new ones. I have tried several online companies from Turkey and Dubai but East Essence is the best. Only one small problem is that if you need to return you have to pay for it. But I think it is fair enough because at their prices I wonder how they can pay for returns and be profitable. They are also a non profit so I like to spend all my shopping $$$ here. Go EastEssence!!!!

I was recently introduced to East essence by a sister from our local mosque. My order came in perfect. I have placed three orders already and am getting ready for my fourth one LOL Sizes are good and I order the 60 inch length. I am tall so I almost always have to get my Abayas stitched as I would never find long Abayas in stores. But now I know where to shop. Great collection, nice fabrics, good quality and very good prices. I would recommend this company to any sister.

I have ordered from East Essence, I really have no complaints with my shopping experience. The online ordering service was simply, the prices were reasonable and I received my order within the time stated. I will be ordering more from them in the future.

I ordered 2 dresses that were alike except for different colors with black accents. One for me and one for my mother in law. When I got them they were all black with the different colors on a very small part of the sleeves. They say satisfaction guaranteed and I even asked over the phone because of a previous order they had made me think was my fault that if I got something I didn't order would they take it back and pay shipping and they assured me they would. I sure enough this happened but after saying they would give me a refund if I paid the shipping to CA which is the cost of one of the dresses I sent an email showing how it was their fault they stopped responding and took the dresses off of the site so when I called about my return slip they had a new excuse saying I chose all black which is completely not true and I even have the proof of that. The choices were white and black the accent colors which I chose and the title of the dresses are the colors I wanted with black or white as accent choices not the entire dress. I have filed a refund from my bank and with the BBB. i believe this company does these things on a regular basis which is sad because muslim women need a place to buy clothes and they are taking advantage of us. I am almost sure these reviews are fake because this was my second order and both had shady dealings but this one took the cake.

I love my burkini! There is a history of solar dermopathy in my family and the best wsy is to slather sun block and cover up. The burkini is fabulous. My sister in law is redhaired and pale skinned and will be ordering one too.

I sent them a PM, email, online chat, anything I can find after I made an order with express shipping and then I cannot log into my account, my email no longer exists. It has been a few days and no one at all even bothered to reply and help. Delivery is supposed to 5-8 Nov and it's now 6 Nov and I cannot even check if the order has been shipped out, I've not receive any emails from you as well about shipping. This is extremely stressful and I truly regret ordering from them.

I buy most of my clothing from east essence. They are reasonably priced and I am happy to buy clothing from anywhere but China! I have always received my clothing in a timely manner. lovely things at a lovely price!
