Fourth time we have used this firm. Wasp nests, bees and carpet moth in the past. This time - for three wasps nests. Brilliant. Came the morning after I rang. Will always use them again.

Eastern Counties Pest Control has been helping us keep all rodents at bay throughout every season of living in a farmhouse in rural Essex. We have regularly called on them to help with moles, rats and mice as well as cluster flies in our loft and wasps’ nests. We had a squirrel in our attic. Never underestimate the damage a squirrel can do to joists and wires, none of which is covered by house insurance. Eastern Counties Pest Control, once contacted, were fast and efficient, they set a trap and the problem was resolved within a week. The staff are personable. Reasonable fees. Would definitely use again and would highly recommend.

I have used Eastern Pest Control twice - once for a wasps nest and once for a rat/ mice problem. On both occasions, they came to see me quickly, were very courteous and attentive, and quickly got to work sorting out the problem. Both times, it was sorted out very well. I will definitely use them again.

I called Eastern Counties the day before Christmas Eve after mice had attacked the Christmas snacks in our kitchen. Charlie came out the following morning, was tremendously helpful and knowledgeable. He quickly identified the problem, and talked through the solution.

I was particularly impressed with their policy of not paying until the problem is solved. Charlie came back two or three times, sorted the problem and when I was charged the cost was very reasonable. This is a very rare thing for me to say these days, but the company are an absolute pleasure to deal with. I'll certainly use them again.

We used this company to sort out a rat problem in our old house and outbuildings. We got a prompt response and Charles has been back a couple of times to make sure the job was complete. Very thorough and professional. We were given useful tips to help prevent the problem recurring, however if it does I would definitely use them again.

I have used this company a few times over the last 14 years and always found them to be very good. Charles dealt with my latest problem (rats sneaking into the cellar of 550 year old house). Not straightforward due to the way the house was built but he was brilliant at working out where they were coming from & solving the problem. Charles had a lovely attitude. Not at all condescending (as some “experts” can be). Polite, friendly & thorough.
Needing pest control services can be a little embarrassing (even though it’s not your fault) & Charles felt like he was was really working with us without any awkwardness. Well worth the money as they only charge you once the problem is solved. Thank you

Very fast response. Charlie came out the next day and quickly identified the problem to be mice in the loft. He has since returned on 2 occasions in the last couple of weeks and seems to have resolved the problem. Many thanks again Charlie.

A very quick response to a situation which I thought was urgent. I was visited by A very calm and informative member of staff who explained the situation, and how he was going to resolve it.
