Hey Richard, thanks heaps for your orders and review. As airfreight only has a 2-3 hour transit time, we don't use the normal number of heat packs during summer as the ambient temperature is often more than adequate of keeping the animals in a acceptable temperature range. For days very warm, we sometimes do not ship with any heat packs, as we do not want to overhead the animals. This is industry standard when shipping tropical aquatic animals.
