East Engineering react to my request.
Mr East had the items I required in stock, but there were hiccups in the system stopping me from placing an order. They knew about the problem, and quickly resolved it so I was able to place my order. They kept me constantly updated on the state of play as my order progressed. The items appeared in our building on the day promised. I was happy, so was my customer.
