Unprofessional and rude.

So kind … we were in and out, last minute, they were attentive and accomodating… I will definitely be trying to get on the schedule for all our family medical needs!

Amy is always genuinely invested in her patients wellbeing. She has always provided top notch care and compassion whenever we have needed her. Her expertise speaks volumes, so much so I pay out of pocket for her service as my insurance isn’t in network.

Ms. Pharr and Ms. Julie were nothing short of fantastic! Great communication throughout the new patient process and made the entire process easy and painless. Incredibly happy I decided to reach out to East Coast Telepsychiatry! Highly recommend!!

Dr. Pharr is very knowledgeable and empathic. She truly listens and although the visits are quick, I contribute that to her wealth of experience and no need to get into all the babble. She took what I gave her, made an assessment and has been spot on every step of this journey.

I would 1,000% recommend Dr. Pharr to anyone and everyone I know. She is fantastic. She listens to your healthcare concerns and addresses them each fully and in terms you can totally understand. She is very personable and caring. It's like having a friend & a doctor. If I have any other health issues I will definitely not hesitate to return to her. She is absolutely wonderful.

Ms. Pharr did not meet any of the expectations I had for a first time client. First off, she was very judgemental about the medication I have been on from my previous provider. She told me that the only reason anyone should ever have to take a Xanax is if i've been in a car accident or if I roll over in bed and my spouse is dead. I couldn't make this up if I tried. I am more than willing to do what I need to do to transition into a new provider but I refuse to be judged and have my previous care judged the way she was doing so.

Interactions like this scare me but for others. Luckily, I'm in a place where my mental health is managed and I was able to process all of this with my spouse and use my tools to cope. Someone in a more dire situation might not deal with this as well and I hope she'll think of that next time in how she talks to a new client.

I even called, who i guess is her supervisor to talk about it and he was defensive, rude, and dismissive. This is not the way a mental health patient should feel especially from people that are supposed to help them.

Again, you could and should do better.

Dr. Pharr was very attentive and detailed when explaining my diagnosis.
The office staff communicated effectively and kindly with me. Very grateful I joined this family!

great knowledge of my problem

Everyone at EastCoast is really so down to earth. I feel as though I have established real, genuine, raw, uncut and uncensored relationships with not only Mrs Pharr, but with her associates as well. They are always straight forward with me when it comes to my care and treatment and they keep me accountable for MY part in making sure my treatment is a success! Thanks for your non candy coated approach Amy. I appreciate you guys tremendously!

Me experience has been good. Dr.Pharr really cares about my health improving and getting better. She’s stern yet caring.

I had an appointment this morning with Dr. Pharr & her practice and it was a great video one on one with herself, which i can say was something that I have yet to experience and hope everyone can try to. Ive never felt more comfortable and assisted from a doctor and one who cared about my health and me and an individual first. My well being was her #1 priorty. I cant wait for my next visit!
