From start to finish we were very pleased with the work carried out on the house and garage roofs.
We were kept up to date as the work progressed and were shown photographs of any faults before and after they were put right.
The cleaning is very messy but the employees always left our site clean and tidy at the end of the day.
The employees were always polite and helpful.

I did become hesitant when there was a delay on completing the roof but this was due to bad weather well worth the wait a very happy customer again thankyou

Had my roof cleaned and treated in November 2023.Have had issues with my roof leaking ever since as have been left with a lot of broken tiles.Did phone end of December but they were closed for Christmas.Tried again after New Year and someone was supposed to call back.Now having to get another company to sort out it out.

Like previous reviewers have stated, this company breach their own terms and conditions. I cancelled within 2 days due to other reviews and am still waiting for my deposit return. I have had to launch a claim through the courts. They even extended the deadline for response to this but still haven't paid! They cannot be trusted!!

If you need your loft insulating to a high standard, I have no hesitation in recommending East Coast Exteriors. The whole process- from the initial survey to the completion of the work- was carried out in a most professional manner.

On having our roof cleaned and renovated a few months back by East Coast Exteriors we decided to have the loft redone as we have an air source heating system the team came yesterday took out the old insulation they worked well and were very clean and hovered up often my husband inspected the new work and said they had done a good job ,you won't get me in the loft so I take his word for that. A great job done by very pleasant chaps.

Did mum's roof and the sales guys talked her into getting her driveway resurfaced with resin. They made a complete mess and it's been left patchy. Correspondence has been zero. I've emailed and rang numerous times and even sent a letter and they continue to ignore the complaint.

Right from first point of contact with East Coast Exteriors through to the sales chap and site access surveyor to the installation team and finally office confirmation of work satisfaction. I could not fault the attention to detail and professionalism of all involved. I especially commend Dirtan for his effort to make sure the job was conducted in the very best possible way. I admire his skill with all aspects of the processes and knowledge of the products he used. He was very particular with the minutest of detail and cleanliness of of his work situation from start to finish. We are delighted with our new roof, thank you.

We had our driveway, which was laid 17 years ago cleaned, and the result is beyond what we could have hoped. The team were very courteous, thorough and efficient.

I cancelled a contract well within the 14 days cooling off period. They are refusing to reimburse my deposit. They clearly state in their T&Cs that they will reimburse without undue delay and not later than 14 days after cancellation. It is almost 6 weeks. Emails are not responded to and phone calls not returned. I see another client on Trustpilot has had a similar experience. They are breaching their own Terms & Conditions.

My husband and I chose to have our roof done by East Coast Exteriors. We are delighted with the finish. The men who did the work were hard working efficient and polite. We chose rustic red for the finish on our roof and love the colour. It looks amazing.
The clean was messy but they cleared up really well.
I would definitely recommend this company.

I have had a brilliant experience with east coast exteriors!! My new roof looks fantastic and I’m glad I trusted them with the whole process … they called me and asked me questions over the phone, arranged to come and survey the house and then arranged for people to come and fix it … they even called me this week to ask my how the work was and if I’m happy! They cleaned and treated our bungalow and garage roof leaving them looking like New, replacing all broken tiles as necessary.Their employees worked really hard clearing up any debris.They came daily until the work was completed .We are very impressed with the result.

Did not turn up on both occasions when they booked dates. I paid a deposit 3 months ago and they refuse to return it. Nobody answers calls or e mails terrible communication and still waiting

Our roof improvement was carried out by two very pleasant and hard working agents who did an excellent job. We are very pleased with the result and would definitely recommend East Coast Exteriors to anyone requiring similar work.
